this iconic moment from Sep 28th, 2015(!) starts at 0:53 in the video (3:03 on YT) -- The way Harry yells "..ANNIVERSARY!" and then turns around to look at Louis and goes "Did anyone else come on their anniversary?" And also at 0:19 (3:35 on YT) Louis seems to take a picture of Harry on the big screen.

disclaimer: i know that that 28 September being their actual wedding anniversary has long been soft-debunked (thank you @misspebbles2010), but they were definitely very aware by then that it was kind of an 'inside joke'/fan-created lore and H leaning into it so hard on that day is definitely peculiar! I think the ring looks like crystal, and crystal is known as the 15th anniversary gift.

We know that Harry has been seen a lot of times wearing a watch this year, and now this crystal (?) ring? I genuinely think it's just Louis being the sappy in love romantic husband he's always been.
