Sometimes I feel that by being away for so long some of my friends are forgetting about me. Any ways ... here in Australia it’s a beautiful rainy day. Sooo much rain. A true tropical storm, as if the jungle was thirsty. Practice this morning was very special... at first it was very dark because of all those gray clouds above us. As if I was still a sleep, practicing in a dream. Only a couple of candles were let ... so peaceful. And then the storm broke ... really strong ... it started after Pranayama, as soon as we did the sun salutations ... perfectly timed. I feel like I am reconnecting with my practice in away that I haven’t been for a very long time. #Repost @larugayoga ... this is sooo beautifully said that there is nothing to add ॐ🎬💕 ・・・ Some may think I am only a technician when it comes to asana but truly when I practice it’s poetry. I rather feel my heart come alive than to worry about external perfection. It needs to have meaning. I’m inspired to breathe life into every pose. Some may say it’s too much but from my perspective if you aren’t gonna put your all into it, why try? I don’t mean to push yourself to get to a certain point, but what I am driving at is to bring presence into every breath, into every action. Depth of pose doesn’t matter; however, quality makes all the difference. Let it come alive from the inside out. Be moved by the energy that beats your very heart. The magic happens when you step aside and allow the body to be a vessel, but you have to rise up, be ready, awake and willing. This attention forged into the practice is Love.
