I've put off making the classic #lasoon #chutney ( dry #coconutchutney ) using the flimsy excuse that the coconut is frozen and it may not work. and then it hit me that I had a bag of #coconutflakes that was perfect for the purpose. One clove of #garlic , #cayenne and coarse #salt, and a mortar & pestle. #vegan #glutenfree #condiment #spicy
