Cinnamon, orange peel, whole star anise, lemon peel, whole allspice, whole cloves, vanilla extract, orange oil and two sliced oranges in a gallon of cider. Slow simmered for 15-45 minutes. Great end of June cider to celebrate summer! Works with a good red wine or hard cider as well.
