The thing about Latinenatural is that Dean and Sam would never sleep in motels.
They'd stay in the house of the people with the ghost or s friend of them in the neighborhood. They'd get served dinner and breakfast, there'd be kids or older people asking them a million questions. They'd get invited to go back for the holidays whenever they want, as a way of showing how the family was thankful for saving their lives.
The Impala would be full of little souvenirs from those people. They'd have handmade blankets and old clothes donated by dudes their age and a bunch of drawings of them saving the day.
They'd be surrounded by the sense of belonging to a community, and ache for an stable home and the ideal of the family they lost (and never had), but they wouldn't be so isolated.
Tonight, when everyone’s done singing Happy Birthday, Dean will hesitantly lower his face onto the cake to blow out his candles knowing that Jack’s number one mission is to push dad’s face into the cake. The kid’s been waiting for it an entire year and he will NOT pass it up
this is literally so out of season but what if Jack’s kindergarten or something did a nativity scene for some reason and Jack got the part of the angel
Pocnatural Day Five: Supernatural Beings 🤍✨
I’m pretty sure there are different versions of the story of La Llorna, but the version I’ve been told is a woman was cheated on by her husband, and she went insane to the point she drowned her two kids in a river. After she realized what she did, she killed herself as well.
Legend goes she wanders the streets at night crying for her children (my uncle swears he heard her once on a beach at night).
I have an AU in my head in which Benny is an Afro Latino hunter who has a childhood fear of La Llorona, and when kids start turning up dead he realizes it may not be a legend after all.
