For the first time in my life we had Trick-or-Treaters knock on our door. The problem was that they showed up 10 days after Halloween so we had no treats to give (not like we'd have anything anyway). They didn't egg the house or anything, but the eldest kid snatched our Jack-O-Lanterns off the stoop, smashed them, then fucking ate them right there on the front lawn. All the while the mom watched from the road in complete silence. It's a real shame, but the costumes were 10/10 and in this weather that's dedication
