Lauliver Appreciation Week

Day 7 -> Free Choice -> I chose “A deleted scene” -> I chose a scene deleted from 1x02. You know after that speech Oliver made pretending to be drunk to convince his mother he wasn’t ready to be CEO of Queen Consolidated? Well I always found it odd that neither Tommy or Laurel noticed he was pretending, considering how much time both of them probably had spend with a drunk Oliver. Then I bought the Dvd and I saw this scene. And I was like “of course Laurel knew”.  They cut this scene. It was redundant in season one point out once more how well she knew him considering that Oliver and Laurel and everyone kept saying that she knows him better than anyone. But I’ve always loved this scene. And I thought that  a reminder of how well Laurel knows him and how Oliver always goes to her when he needs advice (or at least used to go) was a good way to close this Appreciation Week.
