The one with tattoos is still Tenvi. The one in green is Avani, a earth bender from the Earth Kingdom who moved to Republic City to learn lava bending. The gentleman in blue is Nobu, a water bender from the Northern Water Tribe. He has studied the different forms of bending and is a member of the White Lotus.
