I write down all my hopes and wants in my journals and notebooks. I hope they all come true. It would make me the happiest person alive :)

Replace hope with the strongest belief of they ARE. Your hopes ARE coming true. In fact they are TRUE. You wrote them down, you feel them, you see them. They are your TRUTH. Own them. Let go of the energy of wanting. This creates more wanting, wanting more money, wanting better health, wanting the life of your dreams. Claim your desires, own them. Affirm them in the present using 'I AM' which is a command to your subconscious mind. Align with the energy of your dreams by doing little (or big) things each day that allow you to feel into everything you are desiring, take action as the opportunities start coming up (which they will) and watch and see how quickly your dreams manifest into the 3D.
