Lazapi! Good luck with talking to those medic peeps! After interacting with The Unsigned, has any aspect of your theology shifted at all? For good or ill?

Which i~ kind Of ir.nic really, I mean it'~ nOt anything that I'm getting directly fr.m the Un~igned Or hi~ cr.wd, if anything they all ~eem pretty agnO~tic f.r being demOn~trably the ~ubject .f prOphe~y, Gamzee'~ an actual wh.le juggalO f.r crying Out l.ud. But even beyOnd the wh.le COnvergence .f Adumbrative ~ign~ thing, there'~ a bunch Of little detail~ in the le~~er writing~ that m.~t peOple figure are pr.bably sOmewhere between "whim~y" and "bad nip" but that keep ca~ually turning up am.ng their grOup? Little thematic thing~ that d.n't ~eem tO track t. their blO.dline~ Or anything. Which c.uld be them having dOne their h.mewOrk and intenti.nally affected thOse thing~ but .n the Other gra~ppr.ng, like, have yOu met them? Can y.u imagine trying tO get all .f them tO buy int. the ~ame ru~e?

I figured I had drawn the subjugglator novitiate uniform enough times already, so I’m doing civvies for the indigo kids. Which in Lazapi’s case means a fairly heavily stained flannel. Lazapi you are covered in paint, most of that paint came from people, you are a disaster.

Well, you’re several kinds of disaster, but that’s one of them.

It’s been a while since I've drawn Lazapi. Don’t ask where the rest of her uniform went I have no idea. Probably it’s just stashed in her sylladex? Probably.

She is the Actual Worst At Being Indigo and honestly not that much better at being Signlessist but at least she’s cute.

Aight, again questions over here.

Lazapi does not generally intentionally lick things to claim ownership but she has been known to chew on pencils/pens/similar while thinking or hold small objects in her mouth when her hands are full and then later invoke "do you really want to be touching that, it was in my mouth" to keep people from stealing them.

She has no strong feelings about THSM beyond that it's kind of cute but not the kind of thing she wants to sit and watch for extended periods of time.

Normally that's a boundary that Lazapi would not press but there was at least once pre-conscription where Chanry passed out at a party and woke up with the most elegantly rendered embarrassing face scribbles you could possibly imagine.

A loud, pained gasp; she didn't see that coming at all.

I mean yeah she's capable of cleaning it up when she wants to (and probably can do a fair hand at imitating other peoples' handwriting) but when she doesn't have any reason to write nicely she's

just terrible

headcannon, arsast actually has the worst penmanship, while rossan worked really hard on his. Staiko has surprisingly good handwriting, and Lazapi dabbles in old-style caligraphy sometimes

When Lazapi bothers to put some effort into it she can do really gorgeous caligraphy but most of the time she has by far the worst handwriting. Like yOu kn.w hOw her quirk i~ nigh indecipherable ~.metime~. Yeah that gives you some indication of what her penmanship is usually like.

I love it when my worldbuilding turns out to be internally consistent in ways I didn't anticipate.

For instance, "quirks can function in part to circumvent wiretapping by eliminating standardized spelling between individuals," "Lazapi's quirk replaces the letter s with a tilde," and "Lazapi is Signlessist" add up to "Lazapi's quirk obfuscates the word ~ignle~~."
