This Lazy Yak Australian Pale Ale is exactly what I needed (and describes my current mood) after this long day. Started at 5:30 am on Lake Tinaroo in Yungaburra for an animal spotting sunrise kayaking trip. Then we ate and moved on to a 20km bike ride around the beautiful Yungaburra countryside. After a shower and a gallon of water down my gullet we made way to the monthly Yungaburra Markets to mingle with the locals. An hour long bus ride back to Cairns and some lunch and wandering around later I found myself in dire need of alcoholic refreshment. Good thing P.J. O'Brien's was able to oblige. Predicted state after this beer: dead. Only 2 and a half more hours til my shuttle back to my hotel picks my ass up.
