We're excited to share our official prompts list for RuLehends Week 2025! We can't wait to see what you create! Details and plain-text versions of the prompts can be found under the cut below. Further info can be found in the FAQs on our AO3 profile linked here.

At the end of each day, a Daily Roundup will be posted to showcase all the works created for that day. All AO3 works will be included, as well as any social media posts that use the tag #rulehendsweek2025. You're also welcome to DM us your work to ensure that you'll be included.
This is a fest celebrating Korean players and we anticipate submissions from across the world, so we will be operating on Korean Standard Time (KST). However, Daily Roundups will only be posted after each day has ended in all time zones. In the spirit of the fest, we encourage you to post your work on the day corresponding to your prompt(s). Late posts might not be included in the Daily Roundup, but are still welcome! Our AO3 collection will stay open for any stragglers until January 4th, 2026.
You are welcome to create in any medium, on any platform, and in any language. We're open to any creative output you can think of: fics, art, moodboards, music, podfics, translations, poetry, collages, edits, and more! Our only suggestion is that fics be between 1,998 and 27,000 words, but we won't be enforcing this strictly, so don't worry if you're a little under or a little over!
Please note that no works created with generative AI, even only partially, will be accepted or acknowledged. Anything known to be created with the use of generative AI will not be accepted into the AO3 collection or mentioned in the Daily Roundup.

DAY ONE: Gen.G 2022 | Prince & Princess
This is a two-prompt day. Our first prompt focuses on Ruler and Lehends during Gen.G’s 2022 roster—as roommates, teammates, and a botlane duo. Works can, but don’t have to be, partially or wholly set during 2022.
Additionally or alternatively, you can use the prompt “Prince & Princess”, which originates from the fan name for the bot duo that year, but can be reinterpreted however you wish. To reiterate: for this day, and all other multi-prompt days, you don't need to use all the prompts!
DAY TWO: Introduction | Separation | Reunion
Our first three-prompt day invites you to interpret or reimagine a fundamental moment in RuLehends’s partnership: how they met, how they break apart, how they manage to find each other again.
DAY THREE: Lehends-centric works for Siwoo's birthday!
Happy birthday, Siwoo! This is a one-prompt day for any and all fanworks focused on Lehends. This can mean art of Lehends, character studies, Lehends POV fics, or any other works where he is the central figure.
DAY FOUR: Gold | Heat | Power
We’re informally calling this “Dynamic Day”! The midway point of our fest offers three prompts relating to potential points of tension or imbalance in our ship.
DAY FIVE: Protects | Provides | Parents
This three-prompt day encourages a look into how Ruler and Lehends care for themselves, for each other, and/or for other important people in their lives.
DAY SIX: Dog | Competition | Possessiveness

Happy birthday, Jaehyuk! This is a one-prompt day for any and all fanworks focused on Ruler. This can mean art of Ruler, character studies, Ruler POV fics, or any other works where he is the central figure.
ughh… ive had this theory that lehends and faker are the same person with different flavors…
siwoo got raped by his older team management and by his team members on s benu, and faker got raped by literally every older male figure in his early career… and they both don’t consider it rape bc they grew to rationalize it and shove any feeling of shame or hatred deep within the rotting corpse they call bodies because it was the only point in their lives where they were wanted to that degree and they feel that if there is any part of them that “wanted it,” then it just isn’t rape, but another muddy category that they don’t want to think about further. In fact, they both seek out that feeling of need after all those years bc they feel worthless and little without it.
now faker, bc he’s been successful in his career, drowns out that feeling of shame and worthlessness with chasing after people who have long moved on, even after they prefer to stay unromantically involved, even though he believes that they would do anything for him considering he is everyone’s idol and cannot get down from the pedestal that he and everyone else built for him during his early years. In fact, the rejection he gets from most of his situationships ends up being so unbearable that he keeps on perpetuating the cycle of chasing people who are younger and look up to him even more in the hopes that someone eventually ends up not rejecting him, even if it’s for futile reasons and at his own detriment.
and the only difference between faker’s relationship troubles and lehends’ is that lehends chases after older people and makes himself the younger, fun partner because from the start of his career and even during his school years, his self-stated only redeeming quality is that he was the “life-of-the-party” and the “fun one” despite being so depressed he was crying almost every night before going to sleep. he’ll make himself the receiving end of jokes bc he’s feels as though it’s the last remaining part of his youth that he can choose to cling onto, though he does tend to sweet-talk and flirt with anyone that he believes will either get him on a higher pedestal or give him some kinda benefit, even if it is just a night of sex and a temporary release that allows him to forget everything that happened to him back then, because at least he’s the one choosing this time.
that’s why lehends and faker as a ship is kinda self-cest but also so unbelievably toxic bc they would become caricatures of their worst parts to appease the other… ughh
