RAYOUNG.
“Friday the 13th is certainly not an unlucky day when you think about it. I was born on Friday the 13th, and I debuted on Friday the 13th. I’d say two negatives make a positive.” Rayoung pressed the palms of her hands against her cheek, smiling shyly. “Mama use to tell me that I was an angel sent down to make that day a very special one; to make it no longer receive a negative light all because of some silly superstition. Do you think it’s working?” Her eyes fluttered open, gaze falling upon the younger female in front of her. “Does unnie help make Friday the 13th a better day?”
Jangmi’s lips formed a small ‘o’ shape, listening to the elder speak earnestly, nodding every moment she could during the other’s talk. “Unnie definitely makes Friday the 13th a better day,” the younger female chirped with sparkles in her eyes, clasping her hands together, nodding once again. “And that means I’ll run away to you, cause the superstition still scares me,” she said with determination, not really giving the other much say in the matter. “But that’s amazing. To think such positive things happened on a day that’s seen as negative... You must be really lucky!”
