just spent 3+ hours tracking down one song by a chinese post-rock band who are basically ungoogleable on the western web except for one mention on a chinese person’s blog post from 2011, which i followed to douban (chinese soundcloud) where the band had posted a request for mp3 copies of THEIR OWN MUSIC and some fan had responded with a baidu link which i had to use my dad’s chinese number to download …. so why would i pay $500 for a diagnosis
