not even a little bit scared?
Vendredi 20:27
So, Elu, Polaris, the kiss. I think that what I love most about it is the fact that even though they’ve just joked about Lucas being afraid of the dark, he’s the one standing in the tunnel, in the dark, taking on the role as the on afraid of the light, while Eliott is standing in the rain, outside, in the light, as the one being afraid of the dark. And I think that’s such great symbolism, Eliott is afraid of the dark, of his mental illness, of his own demons. Meanwhile, Lucas is afraid of the light, of being open about himself and letting everyone see him, all of him, as he truly is. And there, in the rainy night, they both said that they’re willing to try to conquer their fears in order to be together, and it’s just so beautiful. This entire scene is just beautiful from beginning to end, but I feel like the recreation of Polaris, the symbolism of that kiss, is what really makes this kiss to meaningful and just perfect. So in conclusion, I’m not sure that I’ll ever get over this kiss. I’m gonna go watch that scene again.

I'm just thinking about Lucas' stunned face and the little disbelieving head shake he does when he realises where Eliott has brought him in Vendredi 20h27 and the significance of that. His heart must have been pounding out of his chest with anticipation from that moment on and honestly, Lucas, same.
