Three floors make up the notorious Le Rouge; a underground fight club is hosted in the basement, accessible only by those who know the password, a night club open to the general public on the ground floor, and a lounge upstairs where less than reputable business deals are made.
ic: the night club is open to anyone and a lot of people don’t even know that there’s anything more to le rouge other than the night club. but access to the fight club is extremely elusive. one must know the password to get in and while letting the password slip to others is an unavoidable hazard, micayla keeps a close eye on who is being allowed in the club and obviously, reserves the right to revoke access at any time. technically, anyone could use the lounge upstairs, but getting a table is pretty difficult if you haven’t been there before. there’s also a check point at the entrance where all weapons must be checked at the door.
underground fight club: anyone can participate but on invitation only, they must know the password to get downstairs. micayla takes a portion of any and all bets and winnings made in the club, all betting must be done through the club’s system (anyone attempting to make bets on the side will be dealt with) no fighting is allowed to take place on the premises EXCEPT in the ring, rule breakers will be swiftly kicked out and potentially banned from the club altogether
the nightclub is for anyone, there are strict rules about conduct (i.e. if one of the many security personnel catches you trying to spike a drink, start a fight, etc. the consequences will be severe). while le rouge may be a crime hot spot, micayla works hard to ensure the safety of her patrons, specifically her female patrons, while they are inside the club because a lot of people come to the club not even knowing about the underground fight club or the business that goes on upstairs
the lounge: there are many secluded and partitioned booths, where you can make your rather sinister business dealings in private; robberies, kidnappings, heists, murders, are all planned in le rouge’s lounge area. however micayla knows and sees all. there isn’t a business deal that is made in this club without her knowledge and she seems to know about any and all crime in the city
ooc: basically, the underground fight club is EXTREMELY hard to get into. not everyone who hears about it or knows someone who has been allowed in will be able to get in themselves. I would LOVE to plot with any/everyone about if their character would be able to get in, but you don’t need to plot with me first in order to say your character has been granted access. just please make sure you allude to how difficult it was to get the password and how important secrecy is once you’ve been allowed access. feel free to message me if you have any questions about le rouge!!!
