well I have finally gotten around to updating my Trackbear progess 😂 to make it easier on my brain I deleted my other projects and will just update a "total word count" project so I don't need to anxiously dither trying to do math across the different stories I've done WIPs of to figure out what project they go in lol.
The only issue now is that the leaderboard for 2025 Daily Writing Goal isn't updating to show my total progress and just shows me at 0 and I can't remember If I have to do something specific to get the leaderboard to update or not.
I've written 282,057 words this year, thanks to 4thewords! :D
If you haven't joined already, it looks like Trackbear made fully shareable links now instead of just codes :D https://trackbear.app/leaderboards/join?joinCode=f043cc66-6d5d-45b2-acf1-204626a727ba
The daily writing leaderboard has no set word goal, it's just for anyone who wants to show their participation for creative writing across the whole year!
O Tetris. O Tomb Raider. O Assassin’s Creed. O Call of Duty. O World of Warcraft. O League of Legends. O GTA. O Mass Effect. O Skyrim. O The Last of Us. O Sea of Thieves. Insomma, avete capito.
If you are using TrackBear to track your writing progress, here is a leaderboard I just made now that I remembered to log in and actually track my progress there myself 😅
Join code:
063615f1-c73a-4681-b2d4-2ffa3d7c7e41
copy that code, and paste it in here after clicking "use join code":
don't forget to tell new people about the trackbear leaderboard
Thank you for the reminder! I'll also edit it into the current pinned post :) (nvm just checked its been there the whole time lol but I did add a link to the trackbear leaderboard page) For any new followers who are interested in a participation leaderboard to show your writing progress for all of 2025 that you can jump into at any time, please check out this Trackbear leaderboard, that you can join with the code:
f043cc66-6d5d-45b2-acf1-204626a727ba
Anyone can jump in at any time to track your writing progress for the year, there is a base goal of 444 words per day that is optional, so there is no real competition to stress over, but it is a fun way to motivate yourself by participating in a group :D
As we get closer to November, there will be one for just November 2025 as well, but this leaderboard is going all the way through to the end of 2025 :D
