skarner is really good right now but he’s so unfun and boring to play and riot is probably just going to number-nerf him next patch so he’ll be a unfun, bad champion as opposed to being a fun, average champion like he was before

the new project skins and the skarner ‘rework’ have singlehandedly made me redownload dota 2

on the other hand, if you’re playing a champion without significant onhit effects that also can’t build tank you might as well get devourer, since you already fucked up by picking a champion like that on the first place

sated devourer is only good on champions with innate onhit effects that have good attack speed, so champions like nocturne don’t benefit from it; the reason you build some aspd items/onhit items on a champion like noc is because he has good enough attack speed to benefit off a onhit effect & lifesteal on his one damage item
