To be honest, I don't know the best way to explain how to do this but I will be posting links with in-depth lessons on how to do so. For this section however, I will be talking about my experience with energy reading. I have always been able to read a person's energy, I can tell how they are as a person, their personality, how they'd react to certain circumstances. The longer I talk to them the more information I can see, like events of their past, the things they are holding on to too tightly, whether they are in love or not, and whether they hate someone or not. Energy is always shown to me by colors, and a person's actions. If someone likes to play soccer, I would see someone playing soccer. Conversely, if someone is a liar, their energy will appear as sleazy or conniving like someone trying to make a deal. When reading energy, my visions are always vivid, down to the facial expressions. If someone was a mean spirited person their energy would show up as someone with a distorted sinister smile like the smiles from the movie truth or dare. If someone is shy, or is refusing to be their authentic self, their energy will often show up as a person in a cage with their knees to their chest. If a person is a fun loving and kind person, their energy will show up as fuzzy with pastel colors and butterflies. When I read someone's energy I can tell their true self from their fake or "perceived" self. If someone is hiding their true self, they will always show up as twins. This happens most to me with people who have negative energy. They would appear as a normal put together person, but behind them surrounded in darkness is themselves with a distorted creepy smile. If it is someone who genuinely is hiding themselves, because of circumstance or being told of what they should be, they would show up as a regular person but the cage would be behind them with a spotlight on them. I can tell how well relationships with other people are through their energy, I can also tell the relationship a person has with a parent from their energy. It works better in person, but it works online just as well for what I need it to do. Remember to never read someone's energy without their permission or if you really need to. Sometimes it will happen on it's on but that's ok, your guides are showing you their energy for a reason.
