Day 17 of 100 - Planning August
There’s something about new beginnings that gets me completely hyped up.
The start of a new month does exactly that to me! Its the feeling of a fresh slate, a whole new fresh month, 31 new chances to make it right, to build new habits to just start afresh!
You can imagine how I must be on new years, haha. But, coming back to topic, today was spent in coming up with strategies and building solid plans on how I am going to make this month work for me. July was very important and it helped me get a grip of my patterns and understand myself better, but now that we’ve done enough reflections and analysis, its time for a new plan!
So, this is my plan and the habits that I am going to focus on building in this month:
1. CATCH UP WITH ALL OF MY CLASSES THAT I HAVE FALLEN BEHIND IN
2. Workout everyday.
3. Make a to-do list everyday.
4. Work on my Italian
5. Meditate
I plan on doing these 5 things, regularly for the rest of the month and I honestly can’t wait to see how I am going to be as a person at the end of the month! I’m also starting a new 30 day workout programme (its by Lilly Sabri on Youtube and its free). The workout will be of 30 minutes everyday which I think is perfect, not too much not too little, just perfect!
I really insist all of you who are trying to build new habits to start now! The start of the month is always the best time to get on to doing something new and positive, and if you’re already onto the 100DOP challenge, well, this can help spice things up a bit and give you a chance to reevaluateyour goals that you set when you first started on this journey. Maybe you are not the same person as you were when you set out on this extremely challenging jouney, maybe you were too excited and set the bar too unrealistically high or maybe you still are the same person but you’ve lost the drive. This is the perfect time to look deeper into yourself and decide what you want from the rest of the month.
Tomorrow, you’ll wish you’d started today.
