Feeling fatigued - food intolerance?
I have been feeling super fatigued recently. Last Saturday, I ate a super decadent seafood meal (For my standards) and was super tired in the evening. I ended up sleeping at 6pm and slept right through to 8-9am next day.
This week I was also super tired at work and after work. I get unreasonably tired and sleepy after lunch about 2 pm until late 4pm. I would be so close to nodding off at my desk.
At first I suspected depression to be the reason I keep wanting to sleep. But I do not feel depressed, in fact I am pretty good mentally these days.
Then it got me thinking. Do I have food intolerance? That is causing this brain fog and lethargy.
My friend is on a elimination diet herself and she has been getting some good results from it. She gave me some resources.

It was so damn good, we polished off the whole batch. I brought romaine lettuce for us to eat with the hummus and it was so damn good.
I went grocery shopping today and bought the ingredients so I could make it this weekend. It was surprisingly simple. Spent 51$ for grocery today.
