RESPECT

I was taught to give respect and expect it in return but it needs to be said that respect is meant to be earned and not just given away. I will respect an individual until they disrespect me, once they've done that in anyway. My level for respect goes down. It's like trust, if you break my trust. Tough luck. You have to earn it back, I won't feel bad. I gave you the chance, the benefit of the doubt and you threw it away.
