It’s really hard to compromise when you want to try evening on the menu, especially when there’s about 5 different types of hummus, I wanted all the hummus 😩. These Kafta Lebanese Beef Kebabs are a delicious and flavorful Middle Eastern dish that's perfect for grilling. Made with ground beef and a blend of aromatic spices, they are juicy, tender, and packed with bold flavors.

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 small onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped. 1 tsp ground cumin. 1/2 tsp ground allspice. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper, to taste. Wooden skewers, soaked in water.

Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, fresh cilantro, ground cumin, ground allspice, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix the ingredients together until well combined. Knead the mixture for a few minutes to develop the flavors. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into elongated sausage-like kebabs around the soaked wooden skewers. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking. Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for about 4-6 minutes per side or until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
