This Baharat Spiced Beef Hummus is a flavorful twist on traditional hummus, combining the rich and aromatic flavors of Baharat spice blend with tender ground beef. It's a perfect appetizer or snack for any occasion.
Ingredients: 1 cup ground beef. 2 tablespoons Baharat spice blend. 1 can 15 ounces chickpeas, drained and rinsed. 3 tablespoons tahini. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Juice of 1 lemon. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Paprika, for garnish. Fresh parsley, for garnish. Pita bread or vegetables, for serving.
Instructions: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Stir in the Baharat spice blend and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until fragrant. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, and cooked spiced beef. Process until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy, adding a little water if needed to achieve the desired consistency. Season the hummus with salt and pepper to taste, and blend again to incorporate. Transfer the Baharat Spiced Beef Hummus to a serving dish. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle paprika and fresh parsley on top for garnish. Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables. Enjoy your delicious Baharat Spiced Beef Hummus!

Ingredients: 250g linguini pasta. 300g ground beef. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon cumin. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. 200g feta cheese, crumbled. Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook linguini until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. On medium heat, brown the ground beef in a large skillet. Use a spoon to break it up as it cooks. Add minced garlic and chopped onion to the skillet with the beef. Keep cooking until the onion turns clear. Add the oregano, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper and mix them in. Add two to three more minutes of cooking to let the flavors mix. Put the cooked linguini in the pan with the beef and spices. Add the pasta and toss it all together until it's well covered. Take the pasta off the heat and sprinkle blue cheese crumbles on top of it. Toss gently to mix the cheese in. Serve hot with chopped fresh parsley on top.

These Kafta Lebanese Beef Kebabs are a delicious and flavorful Middle Eastern dish that's perfect for grilling. Made with ground beef and a blend of aromatic spices, they are juicy, tender, and packed with bold flavors.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 small onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped. 1 tsp ground cumin. 1/2 tsp ground allspice. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper, to taste. Wooden skewers, soaked in water.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, fresh cilantro, ground cumin, ground allspice, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix the ingredients together until well combined. Knead the mixture for a few minutes to develop the flavors. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into elongated sausage-like kebabs around the soaked wooden skewers. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking. Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for about 4-6 minutes per side or until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness. Serve the Kafta Lebanese Beef Kebabs hot with pita bread, tahini sauce, and your favorite salad.
