感謝同事推薦（推坑）的法式甜點店 Le Bon Choix 開心果馬卡龍 | 外面沒有想像中的酥， 感覺有一點軟掉的樣子， 然後裡面吃起來也不黏牙， 但是開心果仁的堅果香味很足， 也不過甜， 單吃也可以， 外面也有在灑一點打成較粗的開心果粉末。 草莓塔 | 塔皮跟香草卡士達醬中間有塗一層薄薄的巧克力， 而塔皮的質感是偏酥脆的， 不是酥鬆的口感， 避免卡士達醬的濕氣讓餅皮軟掉， 然後草莓部分的話， 是有放進冷凍庫的質感， 所以咬起來是有一點硬度的， 草莓本身也有上一層薄薄的果膠， 避免放在冰箱裡水分流失 而且卡士達的甜度不過甜， 能夠襯托草莓的酸味跟淡淡水果香， 卡士達醬的質感較液態， 所以一切開， 草莓就會崩塌！ 丘比特 ｜ 最上面是薄薄的巧克力甘納許， 然後是卡士達醬， 但是跟草莓塔的質感比較起來， 好像沒有那麼的水感， 可能兩者的玉米粉比例不太一樣， 然後再往下又是一層薄薄的堅果泥（核桃？）， 再來是甜度沒有那麼高的榛果巧克力慕斯(一開始還以為是巧克力卡士達)， 最下面是較濕潤， 然後是沒有什麼甜味的巧克力海綿蛋糕(但是口感很像沒有核桃然後偏硬的布朗尼)， 如果一口氣吃下所有的部份， 會咬到好像是糖還是鹽巴的顆粒感， 但我想應該是海鹽的顆粒， 這樣整個吃起來的味道才不會過於甜膩， 而是會有一點點的解膩感， 似乎是灑在最上層的卡士達跟堅果泥中間的樣子。 喝的飲料則是選了伯爵茶， 雖然店員有問要不要牛奶， 但是為了清口腔的味道， 就沒有加牛奶了， 當然也不加糖， 畢竟這樣才不會全部甜成一片！ Thanks for recommendation by my coworker . This is my first to the French dessert store in Brisbane . And this is my first meal today. I choose 3 item and a pot of tea to enjoy in my afternoon tea time . Pistachio macaron i think its not very sweet as others , but it still delicious . Fill with the strong pistachio and the nut flavour in the mouth . Tarte aux Fraises The crispy shortcrust is covered with the chocolate but is thin , that just avoid the creamy custard let the crust soft . And the custard is not too sweet so that go well with the fresh strawberries is light . Jupiter it’s made by 3 different main parts , surface : chocolate ganache Top : Salted caramel pearls Mid : Gianduja mousse ( Chocolate Mousse with hazelnut ) Btm : Rich chocolate cake If you eat all the parts together , you can taste the flavour with sweet , bitter , salty and the nut .
