LABUBU more like LAGAGA

I spent six hours with a distant cousin and she is 5 years old. This girl has three different labubus and she wanted me to play with her so I asked her what their names are and homegirl looks me straight in the eye and says well labubu duhhhh Alright fam so you are too young to understand the appeal behind them which I guess is the fact that they have their own assigned names and personalities BUT the gen alpha brainrot is so deep you aren’t creative enough to name them yourself???

Her mom was gonna drop me off at a Chinese store where they sell fake ones (they’re still 10€ each which is mental to me) and once she found out she wouldn’t stop fake crying about how she badly needs another one and the last time she got gifted anything was yesterday (literally) and it was a labubu 😂 her mom said she could go inside the store to look at them and figure out which one she wants to buy herself next lol she agreed but then proceeded to throw fake tantrums inside the store about how she has no money and she needs one immediately. After we left she kept asking who’s gonna buy her one , since her mom was ignoring her at this point I stepped in to ask her if she doesn’t love the ones she already owns. She looked mortified and told me that she does love them a lot but she needs them all. Jesus take the wheel PLEASE! Her mom drove me to a few more clothing stores (cause no one bothered to tell me this place has more than 5 stores all together so she felt bad) and in each store she would be looking for something else her mom could buy her lollll If she would’ve showedher clothes she liked I doubt her mom would’ve been mad but obviously she’s five and doesn’t give a fuck so she would go to the checkout and look at hairpins and little toys. In the second store her mom gave up and got her some hairpins to shut her up. That worked for maybe 7 mins till she saw me and showed them to me and then made me carry them cause she had lost all interest again and was now showing me skincare and makeup brushes (primark style) & she wanted all of that now as well and I had to explain to her just cause they look pretty doesn’t mean she needs them at all. I tried going feminist on her and saying this is makeup and you don’t need any of that queen look at you , you have beautiful skin and there’s no need to destroy it. That didn’t work obviously so I told her she’s too young and she has to wait 15 years and then she laughed.

Dude later her mom drove me to the bank and also back home 😸 and we are not related whatsoever but she’s known me for like 10 years meanwhile her kid is only 5 and I doubt she ever wanted her that bad she is in her forties and had to spend the entire pregnancy bed ridden cause she lost a few babies before and couldn’t risk it. She definitely doesn’t like her mother in law either lmaooo (my grandmas sister) and each time her kid was going adhd and her MIL would say something snarky she would pack up the kid and try to leave with me or the last time she offered to drive me ?my cousin and sister back home even tho no one was interested she did it cause she wanted to leave that house asap xD.

That child only hangs around old people and her grandma spanked her and then told like everyone that would listen about it 💀 I heard it from her own mouth at like 3 or 4 different occasions when I happened to always be present with another group of people she hadn’t told yet. Rip to my innocence.
