Forgot to mention that Mother and Father (in their younger years) have been added to the Patreon for early access! Ledea's sidestory should be out this month if the update doesn't kill me first ; a ;

Would the Mc's mother have paid even more attention to the Mc if they had black hair like her husband?

Impossible!

Out of all her children, Ledea spent the most time with the MC. They were practically joined at the hip and nothing about the MC’s physical attributes would change that.

Al and Sieg were born under different circumstances so things are little different for them, but they did spend much less time with her compared to the MC.

Ledea and Vayne reaction to MC entering a relationship with the RO's what's their opinion about them? similar to other family members reactions.

This was asked aaaages ago here, but I'll also add some more to it.

Finny: Ledea and Vayne would like Finny. He's the kind of person that would endear himself to any parent. They know he loves the MC more than anything and will look after them, even if he's a little reckless.

Thea: She'll fit in easy with her kind and gentle nature. Ledea would adooore her and Vayne would see her as his own and dote on her. If the MC and Thea marry, they'd beg for the two to stay in Nibelheim.

Linnet: Ledea and Vayne would feel deep relief if the MC and Linnet got together. Vayne has a deep respect for her and Ledea would know that the MC is being well taken care of by Linnet.

Medea: They wouldn't like her. First of all she's a commoner and her crafty/playful but blunt behaviour would clash with Vayne and Ledea. Things would be rocky for a while, especially if Medea makes no effort to endear herself to the parents. Ledea might find some common ground in sewing with Medea, but Vayne would keep his distance.

Helios: They wouldn't like Helios either for the same reason as Medea. They'd want the MC to have a stable spouse that would be a constant figure to look and care for them...and that's not Helios. It's worse because Ledea wouldn't like Helios' raunchy personality. I'm sorry, they'd see Helios as a deadbeat 😭

Eirik: Just no. Ledea and Vayne do NOT have a good relationship with Eirik's mother, Thyra, and while the Twins are on good terms, Thyra alone would make them refuse any sort of courtship and relationship with the MC and Eirik. They'd dislike his personality as well, which tbh is fair.

Finny & Linnet:

Vayne (your Father) was their father’s pupil and old friend. The moment the parents catches wind that there are some feeling between the MC and one of Brynhildrs, he’d pop a bottle of wine and draft a betrothal proposal.

Ledea would adore the Brynhildrs, she’d enjoy Finny’s liveliness and Linnet gentle kindness. She’d very invested in managing the wedding ceremony.

Thea

The parents would be happy that the MC has feelings for someone kind and intelligent as Thea, but they would assess the situation in Brigid and decided if it’s safer if the MC lived there or stay in Nibelheim.

Helios & Medea

They would not allow it. It’s bad enough that neither or them are noble, but they’re wrapped up in shady business. They would go out of their way to dissolve the relationship and would ask help from their allies/family to get it done.

Eirik

Lmaooo. In what universe would they be okay with this?? Cousins aside, the parents would never let their child be any where near Thrya. Vayne might see the need to consolidate claims, but not at the risk of Thrya getting more power. Ledea would think Eirik is rude and mean, she would never let that be for her baby.

Can we get facts about MCs family members both alive and dead ? So brothers, cousins, mother and father. What did MCs parents think of their children ? What type of parents were they ? (Sorry if it’s too many questions at once).

I had to sit on this until I released the demo to avoid some spoilers. Sorry for the delay!

Now let’s drop some fun facts:

Alberich:

Loves cheeses and wine. He typically prefers savory food

He’s a work-a-holic, so he prefers foods he can eat with his hand at his desk. 

Likes reading trashy love novels in his down time. 

100% a songbird. He paints silly pictures of cats when he’s bored. 

He wears a very soft and elegant smelling floral perfume. It’s the same brand as his mother’s. 

He hates hot climates and rain. The change in air pressure makes his stump ache ):

Sieghardt:

Loves sweets and baked goodies

A very talented cook. 

He’s the kind of person to smuggle injured animals into his room to nurse back to health.

Cold and aloof, but really well respected by the younger Heath Knights. Sieg takes good care of them because they remind him of you. 

Has stage fright. 

Ledea (Mother)

The MC's entire world before she dies. Ledea was worried about bonding with the MC after birth, but when her husband dies, she becomes very protective of them. 

The other boys might have suffered because of that though. 

She was a very attentive and protective mother. She took the MC everywhere she went. 

Became Duchess of Vagnyr after her Father dies in a hunting accident 

Married her long time childhood best friend :) 

Highly artistic and feminine. Alberich takes a lot after her. 

Ledea loves all her children- in her own way. She didn’t(couldn’t) love them equally, however.

Vayne (Father) 

He is dead before the MC is born so there isn’t any strong connection, only a sense of loss for what could have been. 

It’s unknown who was born first between the Twin Princes, but Vayne was a popular successor due to his military record, but people were apprehensive of his more gentle nature. 

Because of his duties as Prince, he was often away from home, but when he was home, he was a very active and present Father for the boys. 

DIY dad that will build you a doll house mansion if you asked nicely with his bare hands. 

He does build an entire birdhouse/flight pen for all the pigeons Sieghardt rescues. Even to this day, those pigeons and their off-spring circle the castle property because of it. 

His children were his life. He would die for them. (And He did.) 

Maeve (Empress)

Regardless of the MCs opinion of her, she does consider them her baby. Ledea can go die in a hole.

What can go wrong when the crazy party aunt becomes your full time guardian?? 

Maeve is very indulgent and will coddle the MC, but she does live by the old ways of tough love. 

She loooooves eating fruits, especially bite-sized ones, like grapes! 

Tans very easily

Eirik 

His Mother, Duchess Thrya gave birth to a bastard shortly after his father died, so he is very-not-okay. 

He lives a very isolated life in his territory. 

Loves fishing, swimming, sailing and collecting little seashells for his collection. 

He’s got gadgets and gizmos a plenty… 

His crew are ride or die for him so watch out!

with what adjectives would you describe Ledea's personality, and with which would you describe her husband?

Ledea: Introverted. Observent. Sensitive. Compassionate. Thoughtful. But her witty-humourous personality really shines when she's around her close friends and Vayne.

Vayne: Extroverted. Charismatic. Laid-back. Diligent. Sociable.

They're both really creative people who have an eye for detail and arts. They're also little nerds for their hobbies, woodworking and building for Vayne, sewing and embroidery for Ledea. They're the couple at the art museum that could stand infront of a painting for hours and just talk about anything and everything about it.

Both of their personality are a bit subdued in Ledea's sidestory tho, simply because of the circumstances and Ledea's mental state at the time of her POV .

Alberich's personality is very simliar to his Father, but slightly more reserved and Sieg is closer to his mother (except more stoic and emo lmao).
