Out of all the neighbors how do you think wouldn’t be able to cope with tools? (such as feathers, brushes etc.)
I’m talking soul has left their dang bodies type of not being able to cope lol.
Wally is 100% one of them. Using his own paintbrushes against him is a favored tactic of all his neighbors. Bristles of any type on his palms or his tummy will have the poor boy bursting from the seams.
Barnaby cannot handle anything scrubby (hairbrushes, pointy claws ect.) against his paw-pads. They're very soft and squishy and so those hard tickles will make him actually howl with laughter.
Soft feathers or paint-brushes against Sally's rays won't kill her directly with laughter, but it's how mortifyingly soft it makes her feel. She's a tough cookie, so anything that makes her feel all cutesy and precious will utterly destroy her.
Howdy's got so much bravado and cockiness, but when tickle-tools are suddenly a possibility, he's a giggling idiot. Probably has something to do with the fact that merciless tickles are the key to wrecking this man. Being at the mercy of brushes, claws, or the like will have him giggling before you even touch him
