I....don’t hate it. Once upon a time I thought it was stupid as hell to have Pyramid Head in Homecoming, but I’ve revised my opinion.

(Look, Pyramid Head is in a kart racing game and a track and field game and I think it’s hilarious and does it really count if he’s in the secret ending in Downpour?)

I don’t think of Pyramid Head as being defined by James and James’s sexual frustration and what-have-you anymore, but by guilt. I feel like he works that way, then, with Homecoming as well?

Also, re: the others in SH2— Laura was a child so no guilt for her. Eddie didn’t feel any guilt for what he’d done. Angela was punishing herself without the need for outside help.

Silent Hills didn’t feel like a Silent Hill game and the PT was scary but kinda dull.

while I am upset that the Silent Hill series is basically dead (i have no faith in konami) I wasn’t really heartbroken when Silent Hills was cancelled? and the PT did scare me out of my skin, but it didn’t give me enough to really care about it

Resident Evil 6 was Good and Resident Evil 7 isn’t worth replaying

RE7 is a good game! But I found the DLC to be lacking and it lost a LOT of it’s appeal/scare factor on the second playthrough, to the point that I haven’t even finished a second playthrough.

On the other hand there’s RE6, which I own on the ps3 and ps4, have replayed dozens of times, and god the mercenaries mode is so good???? and the DLC modes too???? soooo so good

OH ALSO OPERATION RACCOON CITY IS A GOOD GAME AND I LOVE WOLFPACK

I can’t get behind shipping Heather and Alex. Big respect if you do ship them but I just don’t see the appeal

When I did it, it was a lot of imagery and feelings. Walter put so much belief into the apartment as his mother that she became 'Mother'.

Pre-Sacrements ending she communicated with things like a breeze, wind chimes, taps running, bathroom flooding, lights going out, hot and cold, that kind of thing, as well as like spooky voice on ur radio or television, static in your phone line. Post-Sacrements would p much be the same bit a little clearer, or she would manifest as Walter's idea of his mother and communicate that way

She always referred to herself in third person and also was a fan of Henry and Eileen
