Pelacormioth! And a common parasite!
Color Pencil Sketches I’ve made of four megafaunal animals from the second half of the Jurassic period, two of which are from the Oxford Clay of England (approx. 166-155 mya) and two of which are from the Morrison Formartion (155-143 mya): Stegosaurus stenops, Leedsicthys problematicus, Liopleurodon ferox and Torvosaurus tanneri.
And r.i.p. Benjamin Bartlett, composer of my favourite childhood show which features two of the animals shown here among these sketches along with the giant fish which appears in the Sea Monsters special.

Time for this month's drawings recap!
In this month:
- Hilda gives some advice to Aunt Astrid on how to draw a Baryonyx
- Johanna and the bellkeeper are on a night dive together when a Leedsicthys appears from the blue to receive a cleaning treatment
- with a storm brewing, Hilda and Twig are most likely to leave in order to hide from the rain, leaving a Desmostylus to face the drizzle
- a group of Epidexipteryx prevent David from standing up and joining Frida for a swim
Pelacormioth, a massive piscine wyvern that probably looks like a turkey dinner to Dalamadur
