Pan’s Labyrinth scared the hell outta me as a kid!
It's so great though, isn't it? The fantasy story itself is lovely and enchanting, but I also appreciated the historical goings on that played out in the background (Franco's Falange vs the anarcho-syndicalists). I only saw it in the last year or two though, but I'm sure it would have scared me as a kid, lol!
Most of my other favourites were ones I saw when I was a child and have stuck with me. :o)
