like newsflash! not every sound in the english language transfers itself to other languages perfectly!!! korean uses a lot of loanwords bc of american influence and due to the syllablic nature of hangul, it looks weird for a single letter to be there by itself, so by default, usually a 으 (or eu) is added to fill the space in a way (ie. you would break down the word cream into cr-ea-m but since it looks weird to just have a ㅁ by itself it becomes 므 (meu))

as someone who's korean, seeing "jokes" like that personally offends me? bc that's how ppl in my family speak and you're literally mocking someone's accent under the assumption that it's "cute" or "just a joke"
