If you think that some group of humans can, by nature or by action, cease to be people with human rights, then the most crucial difference between you and a fascist is that you just disagree on which humans it is okay to kill.

The difference between a good person and a bad person is that a good person does good things and does not do bad things. There is no "essence of good person" that will let you do the bad shit and remain a good person.

This is why revolutionary movements that tolerate or encourage the bad shit, because "it's different for us, we're the good guys," invariably give birth to monstrous regimes.
