so i know i don’t need a justification in canon for leo to lose a finger but i know everyone likes narrative symmetry so i think it could be interesting for it to be like a universal give and take, no matter what all of the brothers lose something it’s just “lesser” in the good ending

bad future leo loses an arm, so good future leo loses a finger

bad future mikey loses his life, so good future mikey gets permanent damage in his arms

so i’m thinking bad future raph loses his eye, so good future raph loses most of the sight in his eye

i’m trying to decide for donnie, i tend to give good future donnie spinal issues/seizures so maybe bad future don is paralyzed?

thinking about leo for my fic losing his finger and the whole learning curve of adapting to that then the cloaking brooch shenanigans chapter i have planned. imagine he’s all cloaked and so excited to be able to flip someone off properly for the first time ever only to realize. his missing finger has translated to missing his middle finger.

i told myself i wasn’t gonna vote on my own poll but leo losing a finger for timeline balance and it absolutely nerfing him so much more than he thinks losing a finger should is really starting to grow on me especially as a way to explain WHY he would run off to the nexus to train. he’s tired of his family babying him for it and he needs to prove to himself that he can do something
