Doing 60 lbs Bulgarian Split Squat 4 Sets for 1-2 Reps. Doing a Power mesocycle this month. First time ever doing a 250 lbs calf-raise but enjoy the endorphins as they rush in. It was raining cats and dogs when I made my way in the gym this morning but by 11:00 am the thunderstorm was mostly done. But I’ll take rain over snow or hail any day.
