The second week of february I challenged myself to complete 28 miles on the cardio machines at the gym. I surpassed my goal! Today I ate a chocolate chip cookie, a large one and that pushed me to do what I did on the treadmill. My diet still needs work but I am getting there. Most days I look forward to going to the gym. IG and so many people on here really inspire me. I get frustrated because I don't see results fast enough but I know if I keep doing what I am doing I am going to get stronger. In Jaunary I worked out 17 days. In February I did a better job and worked out 21 days! I hope to do even better in March. So the total miles I covered from the time I issued the challenge is approx 33 miles!!
