Introduction!

Hey everyone!

My name is Jinte and I am new to this community. I’ve been stalking some studyblrs for a little while now and decided to give it a go myself. I really need the motivation as I seem to procastinate way too much lately.

I am a 18 year old from the Netherlands, looking forward to next year because then I will be studying Languages/Translating, which is my passion. If there are any other Dutch or language studyblrs out there, hmu!

Currently I am taking a gap year with a few study hours per week to crack up my skills in German, Dutch and English, so I stay a little productive over the week.

@elkstudies @amsterdamstudies @lovetostudyblr @kim-birdwonders @thecoffeedesk @legallyplanned @marizastudies all inspired me to make this studyblr!

Besides studying I love to listen to music, write, draw and read and I am giving it a go at exercising as well, if any of you have some good tips on how to motivated, I would be very happy to hear them! <3

I cannot wait to start and see you all getting that work done!

 Studyblr photo challenge January 2017 - 8. Momentum

Today I was kind of exhausted and I tried very hard to stick to y to do list. I stayed home, cooked some legumes for next week and I had a very nice skype call with my bf, who’s doing her Erasmus in Salamanca, Spain. I couldn’t read much but I slept a lot and hope this will help my recovery so that tomorrow I can be more productive. just few days and I’ll be free.

My poor tape job aside, here are my resolutions for the year!

Day 2/31 - Resolutions

I'm exhausted of my mediocrity. I've decided to to completely reshuffle my priorities. I thought this means both feet in. But the University experience is deeper than that. Everyone has their own non academic struggle. And mine is making sure my mental health is sustained and paid attention to. To graduate, to grow, and to be resolute therewith. Mind, heart, body, soul. Four things to focus on. To fix, and to always improve.

2017 RESOLUTIONS

I’ve divided my resolutions into 4 big categories, and I know they are pretty basic but that’s what worked for me last year.

Health. Goal: stay fit, get fitter.

[]run 3x times a week(when the weather allows);

[]yoga 3x times a week;

[]work out 2x times a week;

[]eat healthier-less processed foods;

[]meditate daily;

[]take care of my teeth;

Social. Goal: be nicer, be light.

[]talk less;

[]support people;

Uni. Goal: work hard, learn as much as possible.

[]get a scholarship

Self. Goal: know yourself, grow.

[]take myself out on dates;

[]watch a movie every weekend;

[]take walks at night often;

[]read one book a month(a few pages every night).

Now, obviously I won’t be able to check most of them off until the end of the year, but there are some that can be checked:

[]run a marathon/color run;

[]go hiking;

[]buy a plant.

That’s pretty much it. I hope all of us will have an amazing 2017.
