Omfg the way FT continues to hammer in that Treize probably doesn't even remember who Leia is. 😂 Why else would he call for Dekim and Trowa's deaths without hesitation? If there was any sentiment at all, he would have stayed his hand.
And Une was there to witness it. She probably clocked Mariemaia from the start but only moved to drop custody once she had indisputable proof that the girl had nothing to do with Treize.

And then this earlier scene (also AC190). Upon meeting Treize again, Cordelia's first instinct is to wield formality as disrespectfully as possible.
The age gap here would be her at 15 and him at 19. FT shrinks the age gap between them by a year since his obituary in the EW novel has him at age 24 while his birthday is in the autumn. He was only 23 in April AC195. Meanwhile, Une's profile already had her at 19 then.
And then we have this argument between Cordelia and Septem that very much feels like a visual novel quick time event where he made the wrong dialogue choice.
It's giving "Cordelia will remember this" and, judging by the way she threw Septem out of that plane and then shot him, she never let that grudge go. Really puts a new spin on that scene when you know Septem dared tell her "you are no longer permitted to argue with me!" There's no arguing with a bullet. 😂
Une's name change was in March AC190. I think it's a nice parallel to when Treize first meets her again. She basically hits him with "I'll call you what I want;" implying she knows better. He returns the gesture here by urging her to change her name; outright stating that he knows better. She changed her name as she took on the responsibility of tracking the names of the dead. I love a good narrative theme. It feels like an inside joke/comedy of manners that she doesn't comprehend in that moment.
