But as she stumbled over to Leia, she tried to make sure that she wouldn’t do anything by taking hold of her hands.

A small baby Leia pulled on Ludger's sleeve a little, looking up to him with a bright smile, "Hi."

There must be something about him that attracts children, as Ludger finds they flock to him. Right now being an example, although the child seemed oddly familiar... Being so young though, he couldn’t quite update their face from child to adult in his mind right. 

“H-Hi there.” Ludger knelt down so the kid didn’t have to pull on his sleeves to try and communicate with him. As a younger brother, he knew the struggles of being short. “Are you doing okay? I-I can’t see your parents or even your chaperon pet.” Chaperon pets were a thing to him. The world could thank Lulu and his ever-diligent watch of the Kresniks. 

“Do you need help finding them? I-I don’t mind, adults are supposed to be helpful.”
