Meet Theo
Hello! My name is Theo. I'm Cis and I use He/Him pronouns. I Am Friends with Greer and Ashlyn. Use My Friend’s Pronouns or you will regret it. I Like listening to music and will often have my headphones on me. Feel free to ask me questions if you want to! [Author: direct all questions to my OC blog (aka this blog)]
Cookie Here! So I forgot to mention in my other OC posts that I am using PiCrew to make a digital version. I do hand draw them (because I don’t have digital drawing equipment). So these are like their “profile pics” and most of the rest of the drawings of these characters will be done by hand. Anyway Hope you enjoy!
Introducing
ACE AND GENDERFLUID REMUS!!
Bonus:
Her Pronoun Pins!
Roman made the first two for her when she fist came out and she made the Ze/Zir pin after deciding on using Ze/Zir instead of They/Them.
(she/Her in this art but I might make this a series with the other pronouns)
By the way, if you guys want I'm willing on making a printable version of those badges with any pronouns, I’ll make an official post (with like, color options and stuff) if there is enough interest.
@anxiously-creating @imhavingdifficulties (you guys wanted me to tag you)
Hey it's me!
Not trying to be a nuisance about this, just I'm an adult queer who's finally making a life for herself and part of that is I would like to be able to start to pay for groceries and bills and in general earn my living. And it would mean a lot to me if I were able to do that through something I love.
zestyfairybard is an independent artist creating amazing designs for great products such as t-shirts, stickers, posters, and phone cases.
So again, my Redbubble is officially open and there may not be a lot yet but everything you see right now is available on so many products! Plus this gives you a great idea of what else will be coming as I upload more designs: Disney, Don Bluth, Hanna-Barbera, Chuck Jones... lots of different animators, studios, and styles. Things from so many favorite movies, shows, and video games. Please come and buy if you can, thank you! Keep it zesty!
A Special Present
Here you are at last, @moonlightpirate. I have been feeling bad it was taking so long but now seems like a good time for it. I hope it makes you feel at least a little better. I love you very much and you know where I am when you need.
Gopher
(so I thought I'd posted this one??? apparently not yet...) 'But, if I see further than others, it is only because I have stood on the shoulders of giants."
One of my other favorite Joeys in the whole wide world.
Gahhhh. The hair, the beard, the deep voice, the style, he sings and he leads revolutions to save parks... is it any wonder this is the one that killed me?
Ruin
This one's rather bittersweet, so bare with me.
I was recently watching a kids show and they all wanted to make something that would last forever, like a monument. They decided to make a sandcastle. But of course, a storm came and the castle was destroyed.
Having reached some very painful endings to things that meant a lot, that's when it dawned on me. This song, and sandcastles.
What happens when things don't last. When they break or get wrecked or fade away with time. Hopes and dreams, getting swept by the tides. People drifting apart. And what you do with what's left.
The kids built another castle, in the end.
And in the end of Ruin, they decide to rebuild.
It's not going to be easy but, I'm going to do what I can with what's left. And tomorrow, I'll be brave.
The Rockrose & The Thistle
once again on I really must have a sixth sense: so I've been working on this for weeks now and, here they are. on Halloween, no less. that's what I call Amazing.
background here is I've recently been getting into embroidery, found these absolutely gorgeous Elizabethan flower designs in this book by Susan O'Connor.
and as luck had it the shop I bought it from had project classes for it. you picked three different projects - a scissor sheath, a pinwheel, and a needlebook- along with the flowers you wanted on them. one of the designs that captured my heart was of primrose & thistle. so close to the title of the TAD song, I decided my needlebook design would have this lyric. that's what you're looking at, an illustration of this design plan.
and here are the almost finished flowers in the flesh. silk thread on duchess satin.
when... when I think of these words, I think of how I'm the person who always does everything she can to darn or mend the people around her. bring healing, love, comfort to them; be there for them. I could never leave anyone alone when they're in need.
but. that it's easy for them to leave me. that I'm always left trying to mend myself.
and- when I hear Joey and Madeleine sing this line, I just close my eyes and imagine that someone out there will be kind enough not to. that I'll some day be worth the same kindness and love I give. that when I get tired of sewing everything together all by myself, one day I won't have to.
