Awesome idea! My MC has a serious incapacitating illness. No one in the kingdom respects him, even though he is the rightful heir. When his father -the king- dies under suspicious circumstances, he has to overcome his insecurities and his ghosts and trust in his own will and wit to survive. I love my MC so much that it aches to put him through so much shit, but oh well (?

One of my OCs, Lennael (weird name isn’t it?) also is the heir of the kingdom. After his father, Auster, was assassinated, Lenna was supposed to take the throne, but some horrible things happened and he had to wait 10 years to become king. Anyways, due to those horrible things, Len ended up losing a little bit of contact with reality. He’s not a bad king, but he also isn’t the mentally healthier one either.
