You know what makes me so unbelievably mad, thinking about the whole Jaime and Cercei reuniting and dying in each others arms thing? It's not even the fact that they still cared about the other in the end or that Jaime died or that Cercei's death should have been a lot more brutal and epic to make up for everything bad she had put into the world.

I mean all of that is an absolute shitshow but I was hoping that at least they'd reunite as siblings and not lovers. Because after all Cercei never loved Jaime enough to be faithful and Jaime was clearly (you can't convince me otherwise) falling for Brienne. And I get that they didn't want the other to die because they've never been without each other their whole existence and they are family in the end. I could have accepted this but Jaime's words to Bronn a few seasons ago: "I want to die in the arms of the woman I love". Man that just infuriates me because I was more than sure that he would die in Brienne's arms, since he had turned his back on Cercei last season and he was so happy and ready to start a new life and he fucking deserved a woman like Brienne. A healthy, happy relationship. But no D&D made him abandon her and return to 'the only woman he truly loved'. They could have let them die as siblings, who besides everything, still cared for each other but no they threw Jaime's Character development into the trash and gave them this poetic Shakespeare-ish death of lovers fearing for their unborn child and I won't forgive them that. Not because it's incestious and wrong but because Jaime had finally found happiness and they took it from him and ruined everything he stood for.

I AM!! i’m also moving to canada in september, this is all still so surreal to me tbh in a span of 4 months this shit all came down on me lmao but i couldn’t be happier tbh i don’t think either of us realize we’re actually getting married in three weeks to the point one of us say it daily probably for the realization to remotely kick in like i feel like i’m on auto pilot being busy with all the immigration forms and the wedding i mean who would’ve thought :’)) ALSO thank u lisa darling!!<3
