never forgiving the writers for not making them end up together | leonardo cbbc
real ones know jonathan bailey from cbbc's leonardo (2011)
i do wish leonardo was on a streaming service somewhere. i remember being so happy when jonathan bailey was suddenly one of the most liked stars on tv and film because i thought someone would take advantage of that and put leonardo back out to easily watch because that show was my childhood, i mean sometimes i actually cannot listen to the things my bridgerton obsessulated best friend says about him because for starters, i am a lesbian and can't relate but also because that's the guy that played one of my favourite childhood hero characters 😂 oh i loved that show so much and it makes me so sad haven't been able to watch it since 😔
Hi everyone,
I've been a fan of Leonardo since it aired in 2011 and I made a podcast (Fantastico) where I watch the show with my friends who are seeing it for the first time.
There’ll be laughter, historical fun facts, and some VERY special guests along the way so tune in on Spotify or Apple Podcasts!
The first episode is out now!
I will mostly be posting updates on Instagram (@fantasticopod) but just wanted to check in with any Leo fans that exist here!
okay the fandom for leonardo (cbbc) is probably just me and rook but does anyone else get asexual vibes off leo? his inability to pick up on ppl liking him really resonates with me plus also the one time he had a love interest (for one episode) very much felt like how I did when I dated
Something cool I discovered about Leonardo and Mac's handshake...
Mac and Leo's secret handshake (which I may have tried to pressure my friends into doing with me as a teen) is something Mac also does with Carlo in The Lightning Box.
You remember Carlo? The Scottish friend from Mac's past, who tries to steal the Lightning Box and also pushes our boy Lorenzo into a wall?
Which either means Carlo invented the shake, taught Mac who then taught Leo, or baby Mac invented the shake, taught "big brother" Carlo then found Leo and taught him too.
having been a cbbc Leonardo fan as a kid now really has some perks, like I was in love with Jonathan Bailey wayy before all y'all bitches I knew he was the shit when I was like 10, you're only just now catching up
If you live in the US, Leonardo (2011-2012) is available for free on Freeve. It's a cute little show about a teen Leonardo da Vinci and his friends. Highly recommended by me if you haven't watched it yet.
