How do you think the Overblot Gang would react to finding out/their s/o confessing that they like to be tickled? 🫣
riddle - he's more embarrassed than you, to be honest. face turns bright red and he looks away all flustered because how is he supposed to respond? he doesn't dislike tickling himself - trey and che'nya like to get him from time to time, and he's found it a particularly useful method of reprimand for those reckless first years - but it's too much. there's too much loudness, laughter. he's too little in control of himself. it takes him a bit to warm up to the idea of tickling you, but if you let him work up to it in increments (as as lighthearted punishment, generally), he'll eventually let himself go and be more playful with it.
leona - acts like he doesn't care, barely cracking one eye open and raising a lazy eyebrow. "so? 'm I supposed to do something?" he's lazy but he loves you, really, so the next time you're a little too antsy during the naptime he's designated for both of you, restless in his arms, he'll suddenly tighten his grip and really give you something to squirm about. he teases you in that bored, vaguely annoyed way of his, complaining about how noisy your helpless squeals are and how he could be napping right now if you weren't moving so much while his arm keeps you trapped against him and his other hand goes to town.
azul - first response is to file that information away in a little mental space named EXPLOITABLE TRAITS. however, because he loves you, he makes an honest effort to recategorize it. he doesn't entirely succeed, but it's the most he's capable of, so it's sweet anyway. he gets a little antsy over it himself, remembering how the tweels used to (and still do, tbh) wreck his ass all the time. it starts with light pokes when you're not moving fast enough - the man walks at a ridiculous pace to maximize efficiency, as always, and you walk too slowly for him to be able to talk to you properly. before you know it, azul's clingy ass is squeezing your sides from behind while he buries his face in your neck.
jamil - at first, he really doesn't care, other than to have a bit of a 'yikes' reaction. he hates giving up control in any sense, so it doesn't make sense to him that this is something you could possibly enjoy. he has to test it out for himself, obviously, and enjoys it more than he thought he would. he uses his signature spell on you (with consent of course) to make you stay still while he tickles you, vaguely incredulous at how you seem to like it when he makes you giggle and thrash, how you like being made to just sit back and enjoy it when your body is desperately trying to escape. he finds it funny, in a way.
vil - he thinks it's cute, but probably doesn't indulge you very often 💔 tickling is the kind of thing that would make you move around out of instinct, and he can't risk you messing up his or your makeup. he'll give you quick, light tickles if you're too slow to react when he gives you instructions. every now and then, though, dating a famous model and actor will take its toll on you, who feels rather ordinary next to him even though he thinks you're wonderful. vil has never been very good with emotional vulnerability or long talks about his feelings - it's easier to make you laugh another way.
idia - what do you mean. what do you mean. that's only a thing on the internet, he's never meet someone who really likes it IRL, especially not someone like you...! right...? WRONG and he has to keep pinching himself to make sure he's not dreaming. he gets ridiculously flustered every time he thinks about it, picturing your pretty laugh or making you squirm with those dexterous fingers of his. gamer hands have to be useful for something, right? once he gets into it, though, he has an insane power trip every time he tickles you. look at you, all giggly! over little old him?? he wishes he could save file all of these memories - seeing as he can't, he'll just have to do it again. and again. and again-
malleus - it honestly takes him a second to remember what tickling is, really. lilia had tickled him once or twice when he was younger, but, well, they weren't allowed to spend a lot of time together. he's seen lilia tickle silver a few times, but never associated the act with the name. he's rather intrigued by this weakness of yours...how easily you give it up to him. is it enjoyable for you? malleus is an indulgent lover, he will play along fufufufu. he finds that he quite enjoys the sounds of your bright laughter, how you try to keep yourself from pushing him away when he finds a particularly bad spot. not that you could, anyways - he would just deal with that magically. he now has a fun new way to play with his human :>
i see azul is your favorite character 👀 one order of wrecking please! perhaps in his octopus form.. perhaps with idea.. 🤲
Seven Coins of Fate

Summary: blinded by his own ego, Azul Ashengrotto refuses to read the rules of the ancient game he's playing with Idia Shroud. While Idia tries to warn him, Azul's pride drives him to insist on the highest stakes only to discover too late that the Traditional Ending involves a physical forfeit he is hilariously unprepared to pay.
Lee! Azul Ashengrotto
Ler! Idia Shroud
A/N: I genuinely had no idea how I was supposed to mix Azul, Idia, and his octopus form into one single fic, but I somehow managed. I ended up dismissing the octopus form because my imagination just couldn't figure out the logistics of how that would even work... so I hope this version turned out alright. Enjoyyy
“Ah, so you actually came…” Idia’s voice called out from the end of the room. He was currently kneeling before one of the shelves, shoving colorful boxes of games into the lower tiers of the big shelving unit. “We’ve got some new stock arrivals” he muttered, skipping a greeting entirely in favor of cataloging his loot.
“Good day to you too, Idia.” Azul Ashengrotto stepped inside the clubroom. Usually, the place was cluttered but functional, yet today it felt strangely hollow. The rows of empty chairs and vacant tables made the room feel larger than it was, the silence only broken by the distant sound of students in the hallway. “This place is just buzzing with life, I see,” Azul commented dryly, walking up toward Idia.
“Most of our club members are first-years and they’ve got into some sorta trouble, so they’ll be absent for today or something. At least, that’s what I’ve heard.” Idia squinted at the title on a cardboard package and set it aside beside himself.
Azul hummed in response, taking one more step closer and eyeing the so-called ‘new stock arrivals.’ Crimson Lanterns, The Last Orchard, Clockwork Rebellion—oh.
“Seven Coins of Fate?” Azul exclaimed softly, picking up one of the boxes on the ground. Game pieces and cards rustled inside as the box shifted in his hands. “I’ve heard of this game.”
Idia’s head snapped around, his blue flames flickering with a sudden spark of energy. “Well, of course you have!” He practically scrambled toward Azul, abandoning his shelves to peek at the cover he had seen a hundred times already. “That’s the one pieced together from those ancient ritual texts in Briar Valley. It wasn’t even a game at first. It was a probability ritual. Some devs turned it into a playable system but kept all the weird, symbolic mechanics. It’s trending everywhere right now! The forums are in a total flame war over whether the RNG is actually balanced or not.”
Azul listened as he traced the gold lettering on the box. “I’ve seen the discussions. It has a reputation for being quite unforgiving. A game where only those with true foresight can win. It sounds like the perfect challenge for a quiet afternoon.”
Idia paused. His energy bottomed out into a sudden, awkward silence. He looked at the box, then back at Azul’s confident, smug expression. “Uh, wait. Seriously? You actually wanna play this one? Against me?”
“Is there a problem?” Azul tilted his head, a sharp, practiced smile crossing his face. “Or are you worried your ‘pro-gamer’ status won't hold up against my calculated business strategy?”
“No, it’s not that, it’s just…” Idia trailed off, his voice dropping and his eyes darting. “The localizers kept the Traditional Ending in this version. You know, to keep it authentic to the original ritual. The punishment for the loser is…well it’s a bit much. Especially for someone like you. I’m not sure you’re gonna wanna deal with that, Azul-shi.”
Azul’s smile didn’t falter, but his eyes narrowed. He heard the hesitation in Idia’s voice and immediately took it as an insult to his capabilities. He thinks I’m inexperienced. Thinks I can’t handle the stakes.
“Idia, please,” Azul sighed, bringing his hand to push his glasses up the bridge of his nose. He was looking down at Idia with a look of pure condescension. “There is no need to pity me. I am well aware that you spend all your time with these games, but don't you think my lack of experience means I lack skill. I can handle whatever punishment a simple board game demands.”
“But you don’t get it,” Idia pressed, waving a hand frantically. “It’s not like a points penalty or losing a bet. It’s a physical requirement. The rules say—”
“The rules are written for people who expect to lose,” Azul interrupted, placing the box firmly on the center table with a decisive thud. “I, however, intend to win. Now, are you going to keep making excuses for me, or are you going to sit down and play?”
Idia stared at him for a long moment. He looked at the punishment section of the rulebook and then at Azul’s unwavering, arrogant posture. If Azul was going to be this stubborn, who was Idia to stop him? A mischievous, jagged grin already spread across Idia's face.
“Fine, fine! Don’t say I didn’t warn you,” Idia muttered, pulling up a chair. “If you’re really that confident, let’s see how the coins land.”
Azul sat across from him, adjusting his glasses with a flourish. “Excellent. Let us begin."
–––
The final coin clattered onto the table, spinning rhythmically before falling flat. The gold engraving of the sun faced upward. Idia’s mark. Signaling a total wipeout of Azul’s side of the board.
“And...that’s game.” Idia murmured. He didn't jump up or pump his fist. Instead, he looked at the board, then shot a quick, pitying glance at Azul, pouting his lips in mock sympathy. “Total RNG screwed you over at the end there, Azul-shi. Or maybe it was just fate. Either way, my win. Fuhee...whee-hee-hee!”
Azul, in response, stared at the board before him, his eyes unmoving behind his glasses. Then, he let out a long, measured sigh and leaned back in his chair. The shock vanished, replaced by the smooth, composed mask of a businessman conceding a fair deal.
“I see,” Azul murmured, beginning to gather the scattered game pieces. “A fascinating system. I suspect my downfall was the hesitation in the third round. I should have used my fifth coin before you had the chance to obtain yours. Well, rules are rules. You definitely deserved your ‘pro-gamer’ title today, Idia.”
He continued to ramble, his voice regaining its usual confident, oily rhythm. “Though I’d argue the RNG was leaning quite heavily in your favor toward the end, the logic you applied was quite—”
“Uhh… Azul-shi?” Idia interrupted, his face gone strangely pale and stone-like. “You can stop rambling. We, uh… we have to finish the ritual.”
“Finish?” Azul blinked, looking at the neatly boxed cards. “Isn't the game already over? I lost. I’ve already conceded.”
“No, no, no. The game is over. The Traditional Ending isn't. Uh, I think you gotta lie down somewhere for this one. On the floor or…I guess on that chair cushion if you’re desperate.”
Azul froze, arching a one, single eyebrow. “I beg your pardon? Lie down? Idia, if this is some strange gamer tradition for mourning a loss, I assure you I am quite comfortable in my seat.”
“That’s what I was tryna warn you about before we even started!” Idia squeaked, waving at the rulebook. “I asked if you knew the rules! You said you did! Look at the fine print on the back of the Fate card.”
Azul snatched the card. His eyes darted over the tiny, ancient looking script. The loser shall be rendered helpless, and for every mark of debt incurred, they shall endure the trial of the 'Fluttering Fingers' for a duration equal to their loss.
“What is…Fluttering Fingers?” Azul asked, his voice growing suspiciously thin.
“It’s a fancy and corny way of saying the loser gets tickled.” Idia muttered, rolling his eyes. “Since we used the High Stakes variant, your final score debt was 150,000 credits. Removing the last three zeros for the time conversion… that’s 150 seconds. So, uh, you must be tickled for two and a half minutes…"
Azul’s face went through several colors. From pale to a dusty, horrified pink. “You… you cannot be serious. That is… that is barbaric! It’s unprofessional! I refuse!”
“Rules are rules, Azul-shi! You literally told me that five minutes ago!” Idia’s voice took on a mischievous edge. Now that the awkwardness had passed, Idia's smugness started to kick in. Now he got a rare opportunity to see the untouchable Housewarden of Octavinelle lose his cool. “You said you could handle whatever the punishment was. Don’t tell me the Great Sea Merchant is gonna…gasp…break a deal??”
Azul’s pride was smashed and smeared against a wall. He looked at Idia and then at the rulebook. His hatred for being tickled was notorious, at least in his own head. But his hatred for being called a liar or a coward was stronger. Much stronger for Azul to say “Fine,” after a deep inhale through his nose. “Two minutes. And then we never speak of this again.” His voice trembled with indignation.
Stiff as a board, Azul marched over to the said chair and lay down, his arms crossed tightly over his chest like a disgruntled vampire. “But make it quick.”
“Don't blame me, fate chose this!” Idia said, though he didn't sound particularly sorry anymore.
Before Azul could even process the logistics of the 'ritual,' Idia moved with surprisingly quick reflexes. He straddled Azul’s hips, pinning the housewarden to the bench to ensure he couldn't squirrel away.
Azul closed his eyes, taking a sharp, bracing breath through his nose as he finally resigned himself to his fate. “Oh, Great Seven...” he muttered, his voice strained and barely above a whisper. “In the future, remind me to actually read the rules before I agree to anything...”
“Setting the timer now!” Idia grinned, his fingers hovering over Azul’s ribs like he was about to start a high-speed speedrun on a keyboard. “Whee-hee-hee! Let’s see how long that composed businessman act lasts!”
–––
The digital timer let out a sharp, rhythmic beep as the numbers began to bleed away. 1:50... 1:49... 1:48...
Idia didn't hesitate. His long, nimble fingers, sharpened and polished with years of rapid-fire keyboard tapping, dropped down like lightning, targeting Azul’s sensitive sides.
The effect was instantaneous. Azul’s carefully composed pose shattered. He let out a loud, surprised squawk, his crossed arms untying and flying downward as he instinctively tried to swat Idia’s hands away. “G-gaHAh—! O-oh my—!” Azul’s voice hitched, morphing into a series of frantic, breathless laughs. He immediately tried to shield himself, curling his torso into a tight ball and rolling desperately to the right. But the maneuver backfired, leaving his entire left side wide open.
And Idia didn't miss the opportunity. His hands moved in a blur, his fingertips dancing over Azul’s ribs and digging into the soft dip of his waist. A reaaally wide, toothy grin stretched across Idia’s face, his blue flames flaring with a manic, fluorescent glow. “Are you comfortable down there?” he teased, emphasizing it with a sudden pinch at Azul's side.
“AHH! S-slohow down a bit!” Azul gasped, his legs kicking out against the bench as he tried to find some sort of leverage. ‘The Great Sea Merchant’ was completely gone, replaced by a squirming mess of lilac hair and a total loss of his desired benevolence.
“Can’t do! I gotta test all your sensitive spots before the timer runs out!” Idia cackled, his fingers migrating toward Azul's ribs now.
“I-It’s—haHAhA! It is nohohot! S-stoHOP!” Azul managed to choke out, his face turning a bright shade of crimson as he squeezed his eyes shut, his glasses sliding dangerously lopsided on the bridge of his nose.
The timer continued its merciless countdown, each beep punctuating the sound of Azul's desperate, high-pitched laughter echoing through the empty clubroom.
Idia was relentless. He caught Azul’s wrist, ungluing his arm from his torso with surprising strength and pinning it above his head. As soon as those long fingers dug into the sensitive hollow of Azul’s underarm, the Octavinelle housewarden let out a piercing, hysterical shriek, his back arching violently off the floor.
“GYAAH!!! NOHOT THERE!!” Azul cried out, his head thrashing frantically from side to side. The motion sent his glasses flying off his face and hitting the floor with a distant, metallic click.
Disoriented and blurry-visioned, Azul instinctively reached out toward the sound, but his defense was completely blown. Idia’s hands took advantage of the opening, slipping beneath the hem of Azul’s shirt. The moment those unnervingly cool fingertips made contact with the fever-hot skin of Azul’s stomach, the merman beneath let out a strangled yelp, his entire body jolting as if he'd been hit by a lightning spell.
“IDIA!!” He cried out “HOW LONG IS THE TIMER?! Whehen is it ending??!” Azul managed to gasp out, his voice cracking as he squirmed beneath Idia’s weight, his heels punching a frantic rhythm against the air.
“Still got fifty more seconds to go!” Idia chirped, his voice reaching a pitch of pure, unadulterated glee. He shifted his focus, his fingers scribbling rapidly across Azul’s midsection, finding every nerve ending the housewarden had tried so hard to hide. “We haven't even reached the final boss phase yet. Look at that! Your stats are total trash!”
“I—haHAhA! I’ll never— I'll nehever return to this club ever agaHAain!!” Azul sobbed out through a fit of breathless laughter, his face glowing with the sweat. He tried to twist away, but with Idia effectively straddling his hips, there was nowhere to run.
“Penalty time is sacred! No lawsuits allowed!” Idia cackled, his grin still present. His sharp teeth were fully on display. He moved his hands toward Azul's hip bones, digging in with a playful squeeze that turned Azul’s threats into a series of high-pitched, bubbly giggles.
Beep. Beep. Beep. The sound was the only thing Azul could focus on through the haze of hysterics. His dignity was already long gone, and his lungs felt like they were about to give out, but he just had to hang on. If he could just outlast those last few numbers on the screen, he’d be free. Forty seconds. That was it. Just forty more seconds of Idia's relentless fingers, and this authentic experience would finally be over.
ur fics are so good.,,,,hopefully ur reqs are still open.................. can i request switch!malleus and switch!idia ????? 😊😊😊
hiiii, sorry this took forever, I've been busy!
Switch! Idia and Switch! Malleus (took me forever to think of a scenario)
Ignihyde felt ten degrees colder then it's normal temp, Lilia had so KINDLY dropped off Malleus and asked Idia to help teach him how to use a phone without snapping it in half.
Idia reluctantly agreed, it's not like he coukd say no to the Prince of Brair Valley. Malleus stepped into Idia's room, Ortho waved as he grabbed old snack wrappers on the desk.
"Rather disorganized for someone who deals a large amount within the realms of technology.." Malleus muttered, eyeing the room. Idia gave a annoyed sigh.
"It's a gamer set up, afk brb."
Idia walked over to his bed to grab his own phone, Malleus stared. What did afk mean..? Or brb...?
"Kay, so... uh... I'm not sure how to teach you exactly... uhm.... here." He held up his phone, Malleus leaned down his shoulder, dangerously close to his neck.
"See these icons? You click them, and do stuff... ugh, this is so cringe.." idia grumbled. He turned his attention to his computer. "Maybe chat can help, or I'll look up a YouTube tutorial.."
Malleus tilted his head, his ears can a faint twitch "Is there a struggle, Shroud? I thought you were an expert at this technology...?"
"I am, just... low hp as a teach, y'know?"
Malleus gave a confused blinked, Iida sighed and slumped in his chair. "Ortho, go grab some snacks, we gonna be here a while.."
"You got it, big brother!"
Ortho zoomed off to the kitchens, leaving the two alone. Malleus leaned down to watch Idia scroll on the screen of said computer.
His hand gripped the side of the chair, he mived to point at the screen when he accidentally bumped into Idia's side.
"EeEp-!"
Silence.
They froze, Idia entire body went rigid, his hair tingling a bright pink at the tips. Malleus been attacked by Lilia enough to know what that meant. A smirk grew along his lips.
"Shroud... are you... ticklish?"
"N-NO! Ah-! Low hp, social battery is at the negatives! Get out!"
Idia yelped in a panic, jumping from his chair and bolted to his bed, like that was any more safe. Malleus grabbed his arm before he could get too far.
"Now, now, did you not say you would teach me a thing or two...?" Malleus purred, his green eyes narrowed.
"I said NO such thing-! Eehe- let go!" He squeaked, slipping on his own shoes and falling on the floor, Malleus held him up by his arm.
"Maybe I could learn a different way... how did Lilia touch the screen again..?"
Malleus leaned down, his finger poking at Idia's ribs, swiping up and down like scrolling on Magicam.
"Pfft- ahaah! Eheh- noho, stop it!" Idia flailed, his hair twirling into pinks and blues, his pale face turning a bright pink.
Malleus hummed, "Hmm... how about a picture, where was the button... here?~"
He poked Idia's bellybutton, wiggling a clawed finger. Idia shrieked, kicking uselessly. Malleus smirked till he suddenly felt something under his arms.
"Gh-" Ortho pulled Malleus up with strength he had no idea the roboti child had. Before Malleus could give a deathly glare idia sat up.
"Wanna play games, eh? Well, I AM THE GAMER KING!"
Idia declared dramatically, Malleus gave a smug smirk. Lilia knew where he was ticklish, but such information was not given to a-
Malleus bravo died when Idia reached for his ears, tickling the tips and brushing the sides. "Ghn- nhhh- pffttt!"
"Oho! The prince IS ticklish! Ortho, holding him steady."
"Attempting, Brother!"
"Lehet me goho! I will use thunder on you if you do not-"
Malleus threat got cut off by more deep giggles as Idia scratched his neck, he hunched his shoulders, but has to drop his arms as Ortho wiggled into his underarms.
"Gahah- eehhHaAA! Ahaah! Enough!"
Idia yelped, expecting anger, but Malleus wrapped him in a hug and fell in the bed, he blew a raspberry on Idia's back.
"AAHAAHAHA!! HAHA NAAHHWT THERE-! EHEHEHEK! GAME OVER- HAHA LIHIZARD!"
Idia snorted, kicking his legs, he freed his arms and dived into Malleus hips, digging into the hip bones till Malleus held to stop.
"Ah aaha haha- ahaah aaha!" Malleus sat up, blocking his hips, he grabbed Idia wrist, noticing the boys hair was nearly fully pink.
"Let's try a new button.."
Idia snorted as Malleus attacked his underarms. "Aahahahah!! Ahahaa ahaha cuhut it out! Ohokay, ohokay! Came over!"
Malleus smirked, pulling back and sitting on his knees, brushing off his arms. He was about to give a clever response about winning a battle and strength.
When Idia suddenly grabbed his ankle and tugged his body, forcing him to stunble. Malleus body went stone, Idia grabbed the shoe off, and dug his fingers in Malleus sole.
Idia jumped at the roaring sound Malleus created. "AAAHA-! HEGHHHGG- HAH AHA AHAAAA! STOOHOP IT! AAH ANAHAOT THERW-! AAH! IDIA SHROUD!"
Idia stopped, blinking, he had no idea Malleus, Prince of Briar Valley, the man who like Gargoyles could laugh like that.
Malleus smithereens his shirt and hair, sighing. "I... I apologize for my lack of judgment, that was a childish display and we have wasted time of my learning of technology.."
Idia blinked, suddenly snapping back to the real world. "Oh, eh, its... fine... maybe come back tomorrow... sorry for lowkey kinda killing you.."
"I do believe I am not dead?"
Idia sighed, Ortho brought some chips and drinks. Idia handed one to Malleus. "Wanna watch me game for a bit..?"
Malleus looked stunned Idia invited him to stay.. he looked at the food that they called chips and then back at Idia "Hm... very well, do text Lilia for me..."
Idia smiled saintly, his hair and face returning to normal shades as he texted on Malleus phone, he walked to his computer and started his game with Malleus behind him.

——
Azul groaned, as his eyes opened to the sound of birds chirping and the heat of the morning sun hitting his face. He blinked tiredly, his arm reaching for Idia on the other side of Idia’s bed. He squinted in confusion when all he felt was air and he turned over, a bit surprised that Idia wasn’t there.
Idia? Who more than half the time spent more time asleep during the day than during night itself? Azul had heard Idia gaming, even as he went to bed, and he was sure that Idia spent many hours in the night ‘grinding for mats’ as he so called it.
So it was strange that Idia wasn’t there. Well, Azul thought to himself, he’ll ask about it later. He reached for his glasses on the nightstand, his vision clearing instantly. He stretched, letting out a low sigh, as he stood to get dressed out of his pajamas.
As he was about to leave the room, the door opened, startling him. In front of him was Idia, who seemed just as startled, holding a tray of a variety of breakfast foods.
Azul held back a grimace. Between the two of them, Azul was the primary cook. Before the two of them had begun dating, Azul had fantasized about having a lover he could cook with. That fantasy was very short-lived, as the first time Idia had offered to help Azul, had somehow managed to burn water.
Since then, it was an unspoken rule that Azul would cook their meals, so seeing Idia carry a tray of food that he didn’t cook, forgive him for being a bit suspicious.
“Ah, Azul.. you’re supposed to be in bed for this part so your affection level goes up.” Idia rolled his eyes.
“Idia… what are you doing up so early?” Azul asked, adjusting his glasses and looking towards the other.
Idia looked away, dejectedly, seemingly disappointed his idea didn’t go as planned. “First, lay down. I made breakfast.”
“I can see that,” Azul replied, but he sat back down on the bed anyway, leaning down on the headboard. Idia sat down and awkwardly set the tray into his lap, the tips of his hair a slight pink.
“Happy Birthday,” Idia said, a slight hesitance in his words, like he was almost embarrassed to say it. Really, who gets embarrassed over telling someone happy birthday? Then, it hit Azul. It was his birthday, wasn’t it?
Idia had made breakfast for him because it was his birthday. He cooked for Azul. Suddenly, a part of Azul felt extremely giddy and he couldn’t help the smile that made his way onto his face at the realization.
“Gah! No, 1000 hit points!” Idia cried, shielding his eyes from Azul’s face.
“Because I smiled?” Azul asked, amused, using his hand to bring down Idia’s arms.
“You don’t get it, Azul. It’s your rare, happy smile, not your normal one.” Idia explained. “And it’s because of…… me……! Gah!” Idia covered his face again.
“Am I not allowed to smile because my lover made me breakfast for my birthday?”
At this, Idia didn’t seem to have a response, grumbling a few words about how unfair Azul was, and how otome games haven’t prepared him enough. Whatever that meant. Azul looked down. Pancakes, bacon, and scrambled eggs.
Sure, Idia couldn’t cook, but these were basic meals. Azul decided to give him the benefit of the doubt, raising the fork and lifting a piece of bacon. It was greasy, but looked crisp. He brought it to his mouth, chewing tentatively. First, it was very salty, and maybe a bit too crisp. Based on quality, it wasn’t all that high up, but for Idia, who had woken up early to prepare it for Azul, it tasted like the best thing he had ever eaten.
“So… have I leveled up my cooking skills?” Idia asked, a bit nervous, but more composed than before. Maybe he had gotten used to Azul’s smile.
He finished the rest of his food quite quickly, feeling very full and satisfied. Idia had just finished his food a few minutes early and was waiting for Azul to finish his meal. He looked excited when Azul was finished, but his expression shifted to confusion when Azul stood up.
“Where are you going? Don’t you wanna lay down a little longer?” Idia asked, patting Azul’s spot on the bed.
“I still have work at the Lounge,” Azul explained, readjusting his tie. If he had known he would be served breakfast in bed, he would have waited to get dressed.
“But that’s like, your stats are already maxed up. And so are Jade and Floyd’s. They could run the Lounge for a day.” Idia rushed, grabbing Azul’s hand. It was something Azul had learned later in their relationship. That of which Idia can be very, very clingy, but when they were just friends, or when they had just gotten together, Idia was too nervous to try almost anything, which meant Azul had to initiate most things. “And it’s your birthday. You should get the day off. Or at least, go later.”
“It would be horribly short notice,” Azul argued, pulling Idia’s hand away, gently. Azul didn’t tell him that the twins didn’t want him to come in anyway, but he had insisted.
“So what? Surprise world quest, they can beat it.” Idia latches his hand onto Azul’s wrist tighter, his other one grabbing at the other’s waist.
“There’s just so much to be done,” Azul continued, before twitching as the fingers at his waist squeeze. He gasped at the ticklish feeling, clamping his mouth shut before Idia could get suspicious. Azul was very ticklish, and while accidental touches have nearly blown his cover multiple times, he had been able to go this long with Idia finding out. This was another of them, but even as Idia remained oblivious, the squeezes on his side continued as Idia tried pulling him closer.
It wasn’t as though Idia finding out was bad. It was just.. a bit embarrassing. Especially knowing Idia, who even as shy and as big of an otaku as he is, can get quite teasy or mean when it came to Azul losing his composure. Azul still remembers the first time he let his guard down in front of Idia and blushed, a deep blue because of his blue blood. Of course, Idia teased him about it for hours.
“I-Idia… let me gohoho!” Azul continued, but froze when he let a giggle slip. Either Idia didn’t notice or didn’t care, because his grip remained the same, with those evil squeezes that Idia didn’t even know were terrorizing Azul at that very moment.
“No, just lay down and cuddle with me!” Idia said, a bit forward, causing Azul to falter, but another squeeze at his waist reminded him of the danger he was in. He pulled forward again, which was apparently a bad idea, because it caused Idia’s grip to become much stronger, and Azul already becoming weak from the tickling laughed. Actually laughed.
“Haha, stohop!” This time, his laugh did catch Idia’s attention.
“Y-you’re laughing?! Did I unlock a secret route?!” Idia asked, thinking out loud. He looked down at his hands, noting the one on Azul’s waist, giving it a tentative squeeze. Azul jumped, biting his lip. “Wait. You’re… t-ticklish?” Idia asked, his eyes so wide, they looked they could pop out from his face.
Azul could feel a blush coming on, so he looked away, pulling away from Idia’s grip, which had luckily loosened. “Don’t be ridiculous. I have to go.”
“Nonono, wait! You’re ticklish?” Idia’s cheeks were a bit pink, and Azul wondered what in the world could cause Idia to blush at the thought of Azul being ticklish.
“I am not,” Azul said, voice strained and he made the mistake of looking at Idia, his heart dropping upon seeing Idia smirking. And it was his ‘I found a rare item’ smirk, his smirk when he won a competitive match in his video game, but it was also his smirk when he found out something about Azul that tore him away from his composed, professional persona he always held. It was that smirk, and Azul knew it meant nothing good.
“I think I just found a cheat to getting you to stay,” Idia said, and Azul had approximately one second to move. He turned, but not before Idia had jumped to the end of the bed, grabbing Azul by the sides, squeezing.
Azul doubled down, his hands grasping at Idia’s as Idia continued to squeeze at Azul’s sides, beaming as Azul’s cheeks puffed up, determined not to laugh.
“Why try? Hehehe, I’ll just keep trying until you can’t take it anymore,” Idia teased, almost instantly, and the blush that had been present but only slightly hit Azul full-force.
“G-gaha.. Idia, lehet go!” Idia’s smirk only widened at that. Really, the sadist.
“When I just found out a weak point on you?! Nope!” Idia pulled Azul, harder this time, so he would fall onto the bed. Losing his footing, it was much harder to remain controlled, especially as Idia readjusted himself so that he was towering over the other.
“I.. I’m serious, I’ll—“ Azul started, but when Idia found a spot that seemed to be even better, namely Azul’s stomach, it only took Azul a second before his laughter filled the room.
“Your stomach is a pretty bad spot, huh? Will definitely write this in my list of cheat codes.” Idia added, cooing at the soft, uncharacteristic laughs and giggles.
“Stahahap! Nohoho!” Azul shrieked, trying to cover his mouth with his hand. Even then, the sound rang through the room and Idia slid a quick finger under Azul’s armpit to put his arms back down. Azul hated his laugh, but even more so, when being tickled. It was loud and obnoxious, messy and all over the place, and the worst of it, he snorted. It only really happened when it started getting really bad, something the twins loved to exploit. ‘First one to make Azul snort wins!’ was a phrase he had heard too many times in his childhood.
Either way, it was humiliating. Azul will not snort, not in front of Idia, who would definitely never let him live it down.
Azul laughed, squirming and curling up under Idia’s fingers. Idia’s movements were awkward with lack of experience, but effective nonetheless.
“You’re so much more ticklish than I thought. Hehehehe, how is here for you?” Idia asked, tracing around Azul’s belly button. His shirt had ridden up from all the movement and Idia was sure to use it to his full advantage. Azul wondered how Idia who was just blushing like a young maiden minutes before because he was smiling could suddenly become so touchy and sadistic!
“Sh-huhut ihihit! Lehehet me gohoho!” Azul laughed, feeling embarrassed. Despite that, he thought that he didn’t really mind Idia’s hands being on him all that much.
“Seems pretty bad, Azul,” Idia giggled, before he dipped his finger in Azul’s belly button.
The response was a loud laugh followed by a snort. Idia froze.
“Did you just snort..?”
Oh, if Azul could crawl into the ground and never come up again.
“I…”
“I want to hear it again. Challenge accepted.” Idia resumed, tickling Azul’s tummy around his belly button, occasionally dipping his finger outside. When Azul met Idia’s eyes, he could see how ecstatic and curious Idia looked. Part of Azul was happy that Idia seemed so excited, even if it was at Azul’s expense.
“Plehehehase!” Azul cried.
“Azul, begging? This is new, hehehe.. keep it coming,” Idia chuckled, and for a moment, it seemed he was debating something. Azul knew it could be nothing good, but didn’t have any time to protect himself before Idia leaned down, his lips connecting to the right side of Azul’s tummy just beside his belly button. He blew Azul a raspberry, the loud sound reverberating through the room.
On the other hand, Azul shrieked, gasped, laughed, and giggled, all at the same time at the unexpected feeling. He had never received a raspberry before, but it was just as intense as it looked like it would be. A second later followed another snort as Idia blew him another one and another one.
His laughter mixed with snorts and hiccups, and somehow Idia looked like he was eating it all up.
“Idia, nohoho mohohore! Plehehehase!” Azul laughed, feeling his stomach begin to ache from all the laughter. Idia didn’t deliver any more raspberries, but squeezed Azul’s hips a few more times, before he pulled back, allowing Azul a chance to breathe. Azul rested his head on Idia’s lap, exhausted.
As only the sound of Azul catching his breath filled the room, it seemed as though Idia’s actions had finally caught up to him. “I… I tickled Azul!!!!!! What am I doing, like some kinda pervert?!” Idia blushed completely now, his face a deep red, contrasting the bright blueness of his hair.
Azul shot him a glare. “You’re embarrassed? Imagine how I feel!”
“…Sorry,” Idia muttered, slowly. “But it was really cute..”
“Huh?!”
“Itwasreallycute!” Idia shouted as if he was saying only one word. Azul blinked, then covered his face with his arm, unsure on how to respond without making it obvious how flustered he felt. “And you’re so ticklish, who would have thought with all that smugness?”
“Forget about it…” Azul mumbled, but a small voice in the back of his head told him he would be a little sad if Idia never tickled him again.
“No way. It was like finding a rare item in a game! I’m not giving that up!”
Azul pouted in response. “Rude…”
“Well, did I convince you to stay longer, though?” Idia asked, looking so hopeful that Azul didn’t want to say no. Well, that, and he didn’t want to risk Idia tickling him again. Not yet, at least.
He let out a sigh, finally regaining his breath. He looked up at Idia, who was looking down at him. “I guess a few hours wouldn’t hurt.” Idia’s smile widened. “After all, I’m curious to see if you’re ticklish as well.”
Idia’s smile faded, and he began to look very, very nervous. Azul took that as a good sign, as he sat up, turning.
“No, that’s ok-AHAHAHAY! NOHOHO!” Idia cried, as Azul began to tickle him, his defenses knocked down from the start. Azul smiled in satisfaction, understanding why Idia thought Azul looked cute. Idia looked ten times cuter, in his opinion.
He sighed, as he teased the other, keeping at it when he noticed how effective teasing was on him. It was so early in the morning and already turning to be such a delightful one.
-This man gets the *worst* lee moods but he’s too shy to ask anyone to tickle him so he suffers in silence.
-If the stars align and someone is not only near him but also sensing his lee mood he’ll nervously scoot away from them (he desperately wants them to tickle him)
-His death spots are his sides and his neck
-While being tickled he tries so hard to stifle his laughter (he fails spectacularly)
-Shouts “I hate you” at his ler
-Hides in his hoodie or in a blanket until either his lee leaves or the tickle drunk-ness wears off. Whichever comes last.
Ler
-He doesn’t strike me as anyone who’d ever be a ler
-But if he were he’d mainly use his nails to lightly scratch his lee
-He’s always quiet. No teases, no laughing, nothing. He just smiles softly the whole time.
-His aftercare is asking if they’re okay and pretending nothing happened after that (he will be thinking about their laughs and giggles for hours)

in hindsight, neither of them really knew how this happened. a rather foolish but interesting competition, in fact, but idia and azul were not quitters in the name of games. the two were feeling quite competitive today and had gone through nearly all the games, but that did not satiate their thirst for winning.
after a particularly painful defeat on idia’s part, azul had laughed at his dismay. under idia’s breath, he had said, “haha laugh it up.”
azul stopped laughing, smug smile still on his face. “should i not? what a rather.. humiliating defeat. should i comfort you instead?”
“as if. you wouldn’t be able to hold your laughter in,” idia grumbled.
“what an absurd statement. you act as though i laugh all the time.”
“wanna put it to the test?” idia rolled his eyes and before azul had a chance to respond, he had jumped over the couch and began tickling azul. azul gasped, but had not laughed and instead tried to tickle idia back, realizing the challenge.
which is why, the two were on the couch in the board game club, hands latched to the other’s sides, trying to make each other laugh first.
idia was more rash in his approach, roughly yet not painfully squeezing at azul’s sides. “i.. i will mahake y-you laugh!” idia glared at the other.
“not ihihif i g-get youhu to, f-fihirst..!” azul stuttered, biting his lip. his hands were more delicate and precise, skittering and spidering over idia’s body— his sides, his tummy, his ribs— with impressive haste.
seconds later, they became more and more desperate in their attempts, tossing and tumbling on the couch. it was a shock that they hadn’t fallen, but there was too much happenjng to think about that.
i’m going to win, each of them thought. an interesting competition, indeed.
