Varras can be a bit of a troublemaker (only cause his friends force him to be one), and the ladies of the town have had enough! Nothing teaches more of a lesson than public tickling! Poor guy is too ticklish to be embarrassed~
(Hey! Long time, no see! Hope you all are doing well! So, I know I haven’t posted any fics in a good while -- I’ve been unmotivated, as well as busy. But, I’ve started a bit of a schedule, so I think I’m going to be able to start regularly posting fics. Also, I got really into Stardew Valley, so that’s what this is. I’m not that proud of it, but I hope you enjoy!~)
Warning: This is a tickle fic, and I run a SFW tickle-themed blog. NSFW are more than welcome to read, but please do not reblog if you are primarily kink themed blog. Thank you for respecting my boundaries.

The bouncer took his job extremely seriously. He guarded the stairwell in the back of Sandy’s desert shop, the Oasis, and he would not move or speak for any sum of money. Those who tried to annoy him were met with nothing but silence. He kept his expression blank, and his posture stiff. No one had succeeded in making him move, or even react.
Sandy had had enough of it.
No one really came to visit her besides Emily and the new farmer, and so it was very easy for her to get lonely in the expansive desert. She longed for someone to talk to, since the farmer spent all of their time off in the nearby catacombs, and Emily only really came by once in a while due to work. So, of course, the bouncer’s silence only made her more irritated.
Finally, one Thursday afternoon, Sandy abruptly stood up and grumbled. “Alright, I have had it! You are gonna talk to me, one way or another.”
The bouncer didn’t flinch...or even really acknowledge Sandy, for that matter. As always. The shopkeep growled indignantly and marched over to him, her eyes glinting with ire.
“Do you ever show emotion? Like, even a little bit?” She stood in front of the bouncer, crossing her arms stiffly. “I’ve never seen you smile. Can you even smile?”
Again, the stern man did not answer. He just stood there with a blank expression.
Suddenly, Sandy had a brilliant idea. A wonderful, amazing, hilarious idea. She couldn’t stop the mischievous smile that spread across her lips.
“Sayyyyy….misterrrr,” she began, “will you punch me if I touch you?~”
The bouncer gave no response, but Sandy could’ve sworn that his cheeks went slightly pink at the suggestion. She took his silence as tentative permission.
“Alright, just say stop if you want me to~” And with that declaration, Sandy began gently spidering her fingers against the bouncer’s sides.
True to form, the stoic man didn’t give much of an initial reaction, but he did bite his bottom lip ever so slightly. Sandy found this promising, almost a reward for her curiosity, and kept it up. She kept her touch very light and gentle, still letting the man in front of her pull away if he wanted to, and she looked at him expectantly. His cheeks were starting to grow warm.
“M-mm...mmph.”
The shopkeep raised an eyebrow and smirked. “Oh?~ That’s the first time I’ve heard you make any noise~ Don’t be shy~” She upped the pace ever so slightly, still spidering, and…
He snorted.
The bouncer snorted.
Sandy gasped a little, staring at the man in disbelief as his cheeks grew cherry red. “Oh my goodness…!~ That’s adorable!~”
The bouncer shook his head in disagreement, but made no further sign of protest, so Sandy continued scribbling her fingers up and down his sides. She watched as he squirmed a little, biting his bottom lip again as if trying not to make any more noise. Sandy was greatly amused by this, as he was seemingly unable to hide the small little grunts in the back of his throat.
Sandy decided to stop teasing the bouncer’s sides and move on to his stomach...which proved to be his undoing. He shook a little, tensing and curling in on himself slightly. The shopkeep found this promising and continued, still moving gently.
“G-ghehehehe…!”
The soft sound caught Sandy’s attention, and she looked up at the bouncer. A wobbly smile was spreading across his face, and he was giggling.
He was giggling.
“Oh wowww…!~ That’s so cute!~ I can’t believe I’ve never heard you laugh before…!~ Can I hear some more, please?~”
Sandy’s cooing and teasing only made the bouncer more flustered, causing his giggles to rise in pitch. He squirmed some more, trying not to fall to the ground -- but his knees were shaking, and he was finding it hard to keep composure.
“Come on, can you actually say something?~ I know you’ve got it in you~” Sandy’s hands trailed up to the bouncers ribs and pinched lightly, her efforts earning a few more cute snorts and giggles. A couple moments later, the man finally buckled under the sensation, sinking to the floor and curling up into a ball to escape Sandy’s devious fingers.
“Awww, noooo!~” Sandy whined playfully, kneeling down and poking at the bouncer gently. “Come baaaack!~ You’re so cute!~”
“M-mihihiss! P-pleheheheaseee!”
Sandy paused for a moment -- did she hear that correctly? She looked at the bouncer, whose cheeks were tomato red, and slowly began to grin.
“I got you to talk!~”
“Y-yes, miss. N-now-- AH!” The man squeaked in surprise as Sandy climbed on top of him and straddled his hips, a devilish look on her face. He could only squeak more as her fingers teased his ribs, prompting shy laughter.
“N-nahahat th-thehere!” he protested, trying desperately to decide between hiding his face, covering his mouth, or protecting his ribs. Sandy responded to this by moving back to his stomach, sending the bouncer into a momentary snorting fit. He seemed to have lost all control, and he was laughing freely at this point. While he found this utterly humiliating, he didn’t feel compromised -- he decided to let the mischievous shopkeep amuse herself a little while longer.
Sandy, on the other hand, was absolutely enamored with how adorable the once-stern bouncer was. He’d broken so easily, as if he hadn’t been tickled in a long time (or at all), and his laughter was definitely worth it. It was nervous and bashful, as well as very light and sweet in a sense. And on top of that, he was starting to unfurl from his position -- he was stretching out a bit to allow access to more parts of his torso. It wasn’t completely working, as he was still very squirmy and kept trying to hide, but it was very noticeable.
Taking the opportunity, Sandy moved back up, gently tickling the spot right between the bouncer’s ribs and armpits. That seemed to break him -- his laughter went up several octaves, and he arched his back. He looked almost surprised by his own reaction; Sandy was more amused and delighted than anything.
“Awww, is that a bad spoooot?~” she murmured, taking great caution as she teased him (she didn’t want to send him into sensory overload, after all). The flustered man could only nod, taken aback by the electric sensation coursing through his body. He spazzed for a moment, unsure of what to do with his hands, before covering his face and trying to muffle his laughter. His efforts virtually did nothing.
“Nahahahaha! Plehehehease!”
Raising an eyebrow in surprise and amusement, Sandy lifted her hands away from the giggly bouncer, allowing him a moment to breathe. He took the time graciously, lying on the floor for a good while and allowing the stray bits of laughter to dissipate. Eventually, he looked at Sandy from his position, still incredibly blushy from the tickle attack.
“A-ahmm…” The bouncer couldn’t seem to find his words, and he glanced at the stairs nervously. They were unguarded now that he was on the ground.
“Aw, don’t worry…” Sandy trailed a finger down the man’s stomach, getting him to squirm a little in surprise. “I’m not after that, I just wanted to have some fun. And your secret’s safe with me~”
The bouncer’s face only went redder at the statement, and he cleared his throat, trying to sit up as well as he could with the shopkeep still on top of him. “M-may I--”
Sandy got off of him and nodded. “Go ahead and get back to what you’re doing. Just be warned -- I might get bored again sometime~”
The man tried to stifle a grunt and stood, dusting himself off and straightening his suit jacket before resuming position in front of the stairs. As promised, Sandy didn’t try to dart past him as most others did -- she just sat down in front of the register and got back to waiting.
However, she did cast the bouncer a quick mischievous smile, making him blush again. He took it as a promise that this was not the last time he’d move from his guarding position. It took him some effort to try not to smile at the thought.
