This was originally another throwaway chapter, I wrote it just for the sake of including Les Mcqueen- the icon that he is- but it's ended up being one of my faves.
I wanted to write something from Lisgoe's POV to get a sense of where his heads at (I take my fictional characters very seriously), so tried it with this and loved how it turned out.
I think i’ve got another 2-3 chapters in me after this 😅
