We don't know what we don't know.🙄 When I was a young mom, nobody taught me or even spoke about the importance of self-care.😪 I didn't know that simply taking 10 seconds to do some deep breathing could keep me from yelling at my son.🤐 When my son graduated high school and was getting ready to head off to college, I asked him if I was a good mom.🤔 His answer was, "Yes, but you yelled a lot."😧 I wish I could rewind time and relive those years knowing what I know now.⏪ I would have found a way to create my own schedule instead of living with the stress of being on someone else's time.⏳ But, I can't.
