How they first met: They actually met through Serena (and May) when Calem and Serena headed down to Hoenn for some cousin-bonding trip! Serena and May had met previously when she went down to Hoenn to participate in the Contest Festivals when she was younger!

Where their first date was: Their first date was such a mess! Brendan lost his wallet, Calem got bird poop on his new leather jacket, the cafe they wanted to go was closed, and they both almost got ran over by a lousy driver! Despite that, they did enjoy their time with each other!

But since their first date seemed to be a bust, they decided to schedule another “first” date. Thankfully their second “first date” went by much smoother than the last one.

When they had their first kiss: Brendan was actually the one that spontaneously kissed Calem on their sixth date! This was after he told him about his late boyfriend. Calem had comforted Brendan and said that he will always remain by his side. Then Brendan did a smooch and Calem smooched back.

Who cooks: Both of them do! Calem was taught to cook at a young age, his parents wanted him to be able to do simple things so that he can be prepared for it when he gets older. He mostly cooks like, gourmet-esque dishes. Brendan on the other hand does more of the Diner-esque dishes.

Who proposed: Calem planned a beautiful proposal for Brendan. It was going to be super romantic, with twinkling lights, balloons, and polaroid pictures! Except… Brendan ended up being the one who proposed! It wasn’t anything huge or romantic, it was just a cute, clever, charming proposal that involved Calem’s favourite movie (it’s Rapunzel). EXCEPT!!! Calem was really annoyed--in a “gosh darn it!” kind of way--because Brendan beat him to proposing first. So Brendan gave Calem the chance to plan the proposal. Basically both of them proposed to each other ha ha!

The dominant one: I would have to say both would probably be dominant, though Brendan a bit more than Calem!

Their favorite pass time together: They both like to just sit in and watch movies together! But when they don’t feel like having a lazy day, they’ll go out and hike! Calem’s not a fan of hikes, or a lot of strenuous physical activities, but he loves spending time with Brendan and seeing him happy, so he’s totally okay with being super sweaty and out of breath if that meant seeing Brendan smile while doing something he loves!

Who kissed who first: Brendan!

Who is the flirt: Both are pretty flirtatious with each other that it gets super disgusting. Like, non-stop flirting and softness and over the top gestures ha ha.

Who is the romantic: Calem is pretty damn romantic.

Who wakes up first: Brendan wakes up at like, 5 AM every. Single. Day. Calem gets super irritated and just sleeps in until 9 or 10 AM. Brendan tends to just leave Calem alone when he does wake up early, because he knows that Calem needs his beauty sleep!

Who comforts who the most: Both of them do most of the comforting with each other!

The cuddler: Calem is such a cuddler but denies this hardcore. Brendan has pictures/proof of Calem cuddling up to him it’s beautiful.

The big spoon: Brendan is totally the big spoon! Despite being shorter than Calem, he just prefers to wrap his arms around him. He like being the one that does the protecting! Calem doesn’t mind it one bit! Calem’s a thirsty boi and enjoys the feel of Brendan’s pecs against him lmao

I do! I mostly have headcanons for Soeur and LeTrumpet since I’ve been working on them a while (and Soeur is like, my biggest wlw OTP i also have like a soeurshipping blog here too) And I’d be more than happy to include FerrisWheel headcanons too!! May hold on to UsagiHair for now, mostly because I haven’t really thought up of anything for them yet

Leaf is a social worker and Serena is a freelance photographer

Because Leaf has to work a lot, Serena is usually the one who stays at home and takes cares of the twins

When Ali and Declan were born, Leaf and Serena took turns looking after them - they also found out that the twins hated being separate. Like, being put in separate cribs? No can do.

The Blue-Beauchene fam has a Poocheyana, Skitty, and Pidgey as pets

Calem was pretty nervous about having to meet Kylie (background: Brendan had a boyfriend, they had Kylie, boyfriend died unfortunately, leaving Brendan raising Kylie alone)

Brendan and Calem are pretty lovey-dovey, and it creeps Kylie out b/c no she does not want to see her father and her father’s boyfriend making out like oh god her eyes

Calem and Kylie warmed up to each other and are pretty happy that they’re in each other’s lives. Kylie is especially happy that Calem makes Brendan happy

With the new addition of Noll to the Birch-Beauchene family, they’ve all felt pretty content and complete

Nathaniel and Elijah helps their parents with the Pokemon Daycare/Shelter, though for some reason Elijah scares the Pokemon a lot because of his “resting bitch face”, though he’s not really angry at all. He just has that facial expression as his neutral look. Nathaniel teases him a lot about that

Pokemon Headcanon: An Addition to the Birch-Beauchene Family

Brendan, Calem, and Kylie were pretty content with their family. Brendan and Kylie loved having Calem as an addition to their family. It was pretty fine, everyone was happy and enjoying each other’s company. But they all felt like they just needed one more thing in order to make their family feel complete. Not to mention the fact that Brendan and Calem had been discussing about having another child. However, neither of them has the time to really go through the process of pregnancy, so they’ve decided to adopt.

Kylie was pretty chill with the news, she pretty much welcomed it with open arms. She was excited to have another new addition to the Birch-Beauchene family. Brendan was relieved because he was pretty worried for a second. Though with how she handled Calem entering their small family, he really shouldn’t have worried in the first place.

So fast forward with everything and stuff, they finally were able to adopt a young 11 yrs old boy named Noll. When they first met him, Noll was quite standoffish and cold. Not wanting to bother himself with strangers. Kylie was adamant about convulsing with the boy, but her fathers reassured her that it was fine. Calem surprisingly was the one who was able to get along with Noll. And after a couple of visits, after a couple of bonding moments, Calem and Brendan were welcomed into Noll’s heart. Kylie, still reluctant, tried her very best to be kinder on him. Which actually paid off pretty well.

As they got to know one another, they had found out that Noll was originally from the Kalos Region - just like Calem, but Noll’s family moved over to Hoenn when he was young, so he didn’t remember much about Kalos. Both his parents died from the attacks of the corrupted Pokemon, leaving Noll orphaned and alone. He’s been living in the orphanage ever since, keeping to himself and fending others off.

Noll, despite his initial personality, has a much softer side to him, and these three are the ones who has SEEN him being super kind and gentle and sweet. Kylie warmed up to Noll, and Noll warmed up to Kylie. Of course Kylie would occasionally tease the young boy with his stern behaviour, but it was mostly out of love. Noll appreciates his new family and has come to really love them. He’s happy being part of the Birch-Beauchene family. And he’s even surprised by the fact that he has two cousins who are the same age as him (Ali and Declan Blue-Beauchene). Though that doesn’t necessarily mean he’s going to actively hang out with them (especially not Declan, their personalities are way too different).
