Lotor looked up at the sound of the doors opening. He had another visitor, it seemed. One glimpse of the black armor and the prince was smiling to himself, delighted at the paladin’s presence, even in this cell.

“Another successful mission?” he asked, already knowing the answer. The was an attempt to keep the complete unsurprised or slight bragging from his voice. Of course his information had been correct. He understood their skepticism, but he couldn’t imagine it would be long before they had to start to believe him.

“I’m sure the young paladins are hosting quite the celebration,” he mused, leaning back in the chair, a little more sincerity to his voice this time. “I take it your here for more information from me before you join them?”
