touka and hide’s influence on kaneki

the fact that both touka and hide have been helping out kaneki all along makes me want to live and cry at the same time. touka built a home for him to return to, choosing his safety over her own feelings. hide was behind the scenes all along helping kaneki, for example when haise was fighting takizawa. kaneki all along thought he was alone and was a burden to everyone, whilst in reality he always always had people looking out for him and thats so beautiful because thats something kaneki’s wanted for a long long time. i admire touka and hide’s selflessness
